One month since delivery of return, yet no refund or response of return status
It has been over 1 month since the delivery of my return, and I still have yet to receive a refund, or a response as to what the status of my return is.
I have attempted over 5 times to contact them about the status of my return, yet I have not received even a status update as to when I can expect to be refunded.
Their website says they process returns every 2 weeks, yet my return has not been refunded although the USPS tracking says it has been delivered over a month ago.
This has been a very frustrating and difficult experience, and if I do not receive my refund soon, I can only assume them to be fraudulent.
My package was delivered on August 11th.

Amazing crafted jewellery
I wanted a moto guzzi ring and noticed this ring which looked good in the pictures, I received my ring and it was beautifully made even better than the pictures I'm so pleased with it, the craftsmanship of the ring was excellent I will wear it with such pride.

I Was Skeptical
I was skeptical, but I was proven wrong. Ring looks great with amazing detail! The metal quality is superb! I bought the ring for a costume, but it would do just as well as an everyday ring. Highly recommend!

We actually had our account terminated from our service provider for selling rebel and confederate merchandise. It took us several months to find a new provider which would allow us to sell these items. Believe me, we did not want to stop selling those items as they are very popular and we have a warehouse full of confederate merchandise. You purchased stud earrings which are small. We have small items, medium, large and other items which are super huge. As far as a refund all you have to do is send the item back and we would gladly issue a refund. I hope you can understand we cannot issue a refund if you are not willing to send the item back.
