Fun, relaxing unique experience! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed this especially as there were also the winter lights in Canary Wharf which made the whole area feel magical . We had plenty of extra food apart from the cheese fondue which we had not expected. Harry our guide was just so lovely. He even brought out his lighter so we could sing happy birthday to my husband which we hadn t informed them about, so they hadn t prepared candles. Loved the idea of having a bluetooth speaker so we could play our own music playlist. Would highly recommend especially as they re upgrading the pier facilities. Great innovative business idea.

Expensive, but I've enjoyed all my experiences.

Quite disappointing Christmas fondue floating Igloo experience. Wouldn’t recommend. Really poor quality food to dip into the cheese. And the chocolate fondue was inedible we left it. Was so looking forward to it too. They said they had had 3 staff ring in sick so we had to stand around waiting to board then sit and wait 30 mins for food and float around. Just not a great experience. Overpriced and poor quality

Completely Disappointing – Not Worth £270

I booked the “Ego Experience” for Mother’s Day and paid £270, expecting something special and memorable based on the way it was advertised – but it was completely disappointing and nothing like what was promoted.

The experience was meant to last an hour, but we only stayed for 15 minutes because it was so poor.

When we arrived, the lights on the boat – which are supposed to be the main feature of the glowing river experience – weren’t working. We were left just sitting there in darkness while staff attempted to fix the issue, but they couldn’t. There was no atmosphere, no “glow”, and nothing remotely close to what had been promised.

Instead of a scenic ride along the river, the boat simply moved forwards and backwards along the same short stretch of water again and again. It was repetitive, boring, and frankly a waste of time.

We got off after just 15 minutes and spoke to the manager, who admitted it wasn’t acceptable and told us to email for a partial refund. I followed up as advised, but now they’re refusing to refund anything – and they’ve stopped responding to my emails and phone calls altogether.

The food was just as disappointing. The cheeseboard came with unwashed carrots, potatoes that had clearly just been boiled in plain water, and lettuce that looked like it had been thrown on the plate straight out of a bag – completely unprepared and definitely not worth the money.

All in all, it was a complete let-down. For £270, it was absolutely not worth it. I would strongly advise others not to waste their money, especially if you’re booking it for a special occasion

We had a lovely time! The weather conditions were a little up in the air but when we arrived Jacob was super reassuring and friendly! The sun ended up coming out for us. The event was a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday - the wonderful staff even brought out happy birthday waffles on the house! Thank you :)

We had a skuna boat igloo for 5 friends- we had the most fun time. It is a fantastic idea for something a bit different to do in London and would suit most ages. Our ‘driver/ captain kaela was so sweet and did a great job, I thought it might be odd to have a stranger with us but she was so lovely we needn’t have worried.

Had an awful experience. The company has no posted late policy online. I wasn’t feeling well and was late. I called them to let them know I was trying to get there as fast as I could. I arrived with around 45 minutes left of my time. They wouldn’t let me on the boat, they wouldn’t allow me to reschedule, and they wouldn’t give me a partial refund of the £180 they felt entitled to for nothing on their end. When I went to my bank to report this and left a review they sent me a rude email and accused me of fraud. I was able to get my money back no thanks to them. It was quite stressful.

Had a great time on our bbq boat at Canary Wharf, such a unique experience. We took our company party and this was an amazing way to take the team out. Great service.

I’ve been chasing for about 1yr now RE a booking and till this day, I’ve had no response.

I needed assistance before booking and no response, needed assistance after booking still no response.

Would definitely avoid booking before being able to speak to anyone first.

Paid £150 for hot tub and still no experience or refund!!! Did not even want money back but just a reschedule as myself and friends caught COVID.

Can’t believe I’m still on this but just hate being taken for a mug

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Amazing hot tub experience, despite the super cold weather the water was very hot and enjoyable. It's a great idea for couples to go on an unconventional date. John was very generous and welcoming, the changing rooms and toilets are clean. Driving the boat is easy. The scenery in Canary Wharf is spectacular between the tall buildings.
I recommend it in winter.

Hired the BBQ boat , it was fun to experience but don’t wear your nice clothes. Although it was a sunny day there was a bit of wind so we got splattered in meat juice from the BBQ. I left a £100 deposit which they take from your card immediately but it still hasn’t been returned 5 days later I eventually managed to contact someone who said it has been processed but I’m still waiting Not impressed

Recently I've attended hot tub experience together with my friends and it exceeded expectations of the whole group. We were hoping it would be a cool thing to do, but we were not able to imagine that it would be above and beyond. Especially with temp outside just around +4-5C.

Stuff is very friendly and helpful, security briefings are clear and understandable, everything is set up for having one of the most unique and wonderful experiences in your life. Thank you!
