Our sky is playing up sky box is old and is showing a hard disk problem rang customer service but they do not offer an engineer to call to fix it. Also can put me into sky q free of charge but but we would have to go into a mandatory 12 mths contact and the free of charge is 10eur. Sky is already a rip off charging me 92 eur for basic tv and sky sports. Sky own the box they wont fix but for them to fix it i have to give them 1114 for the next 12 mths. Took two payments out of my account…

Took two payments out of my account said they credit my account bk then took another one out and trying to get past a robot for ages then the person on the phone couldn’t under stand me or listen to me kept repeating the same thing to me asked for manger as the first caller hung up as he didn’t know how to fix the problem and I was told there is no manager customer service non existent with this company you think for the amount they charge they would have better customer services they don’t value it custom go somewhere where else cheaper aswell

Pranksters...with poorest customer service ever

If i could give negative star i would. I have had nothing but heartache with this crew. Customer service is non-existant you are talking to some clowns in India who have zero idea on what you are talking about and answer like robots as they have been trained.
I had purchased a phone an s25 in sept and basically opened the box and dint like the size cancelled and was sent for a return addressed envelope to return it to them. I sent it immediately back was received within 3 working days . Ordered a new one s25 ultra, which came pretty soon. After first month was charged for both phones. After second same, rang and was told it hasnt been received yet. After 3rd month still charged, called customer service again, they said i should contact an post. I ask and tell them what that they delivered the phone to youz and you dont have it? Then all that i got was i am sorry mum, wasted a precious more than 1 hour plus of my life on phone with no solution. So here i am paying for two phones one that sky has, they have refused to stop the payments until they receive the phone that they already have, no one in ireland can help. You go to their shops and they tell you they have no access to accounts yet they are quick to sell you a phone. If you want to suffer go with them. Their network is not the best in the best of times anyway. Cheap deal 15 euros a month...but cheap is proving to be expensive for me. I told them i will cancel my direct debit then they will be forced to look for me.

Constant animal cruelty ads

I am sick of animal cruelty ads. Absolutely done with Sky. Every 10 minutes there are ads that last 1/2 minutes of abused animals. Every single time there’s an ad? All for a bit of money we don’t know where it goes- make a QR code for donations stop showing them all dying in pain- that’s ethically wrong for viewers. Cut it down cop on cause little do ye know you’ve lost viewers (at least 11 in my small town alone) solely cause of your ads.

IGNORED FOR WEEKS!!! IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH AND STILL CHARGED WITHOUT CONSENT!!

I have just been billed another extortionate amount.

For a service I have been trying to cancel!!!

The customer #sky "service" is beyond useless #nonexistent

I did not miss any calls from sky!

Regarding my case 4566896736

I'm still waiting for a significant refund/ I was Overcharged over €200

And instead of the alteration/change and cancellation to my he latest bill.

It was just taken out of my account!

The cancellation team and various departments are all aware of this.

The phone queue waiting time is a 40 minutes minimum.

SINCE I originally spent a WHOLE DAY
trying to sort this out via online chat!!

Actually I started started that #chat the day before that!!

Here we are 19th November!!

I'm obviously going to have to warn others and take this to Google reviews, TrustPilot etc.

Sky customer service in india is so…

Sky customer service in india is so bad. They think they can mess with customers service by switching off the Internet and TV if a customer is upset with them. They think doing this is fine, as one they made us pay 2 month bill in advanced. We had to pay it otherwise they will cut us off. And then switch off the service because we didn't pay the next month when u can clearly see it's been paid.
This nonsense needs to stop otherwise sky will no longer be available.

Trying to find information to downgrade a package so hard.
Bill going up on a monthly basis with no reason behind it.
When you look for information there is no help.

Absolute nightmare

Absolute nightmare. I had it for 6 months then 2 of my e-sim stopped working no network for 4 days. Rang customer service from my daughters phone 1.5 hours talking, switching on and off, airplane mode and some other things. Problem not resolved. They promised someone ring next day, no chance. I have to go to eir ordered 2 new sim cards. Then finally somebody contacted me. Problem was resolved but 30 € gone. Then I moved my house 28 of October my Internet was disconnected on the old apartment. They promised to ring me very next day to order one for the new address. After a week I have to ring them myself to reconnect. Now I have the broadband, but I've got an email of early termination charges. No words to describe this. Stay away if you can. I go back to eir once this contract is over.

i lost all mobile coverage 10 days ago now, found it very hard to find a phone number to ring firstly having to go through online chat bots before getting phone number.
i have spent hour onto customer services who still have not repair my coverage, i have tried to transfer my number from sky and still waiting on that too

Formal Complaint – Poor Service and Unresolved iPhone Order

Dear Sky Mobile Team,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I have received regarding my recent mobile phone order.

On 17 October, I contacted Sky Mobile to purchase an iPhone 17 Pro Max on a bill-pay contract. The process went smoothly at first — I paid the required deposit, uploaded my ID, and received confirmation through the Sky app that my order was successful. The app also confirmed that my first debit would be processed once I had received and activated the SIM.

However, about a week later, I received an email stating that there was an outstanding payment of €66. When I logged into my account, there was no indication of any outstanding amount. I called customer support, and the representative confirmed that my account was active, the phone was scheduled for delivery, and there was no need to make any further payment. Based on this, I was advised to ignore the message, which I did.

Despite this, I continued to receive texts and emails regarding the same outstanding amount. Approximately two weeks later, I called again. The agent I spoke to this time confirmed the payment request, but after I explained the previous call, I agreed to settle the balance anyway. Unfortunately, she informed me that there was a system issue preventing the payment from processing and promised to call me back — which never happened.

A week later, I called again to follow up. The next representative was unprofessional, refused to transfer me to a supervisor despite repeated requests, and told me my order was still “under review.” He also promised to call me back in three days, at exactly 2 p.m., which was yesterday — yet again, I have received no follow-up.

It has now been over a month since I placed my order, and I have no delivery, no proper updates, and no resolution. My account still shows no outstanding balance, yet I continue receiving payment reminders. I have already paid the €75 initial fee, which has been deducted from my account as confirmed by my bank statement.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and reflects poorly on the quality of Sky Mobile’s customer service. I would appreciate it if someone could urgently:
1. Clarify the current status of my order.
2. Confirm whether any additional payments are genuinely required.
3. Provide a clear and final resolution or refund if the order cannot proceed.

I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.

STILL charging me when I paid my last bil been trying to take 15 euro out of my account when I paid my last bill joke of a company when my number is not with them anymore I'm fuming even opend a complaint!!!!! Sky are the worse company to deal with

Sky are the worse company to deal with. They penalise you for being a loyal customer by charging you more every year and not letting you avail of special offers. It’s virtually impossible to find a phone number and when you do you get through to India. At the start of the phone call they ask you security questions which is fair enough but if you’re unlucky enough to have to be put through to another department or even 2,3,4 departments which is not unusual you have to answer the same security questions over and over again. I am leaving them after putting up with the frustration of trying to deal with them. My advice would be to steer clear of them.

Scam! Ordered Iphone 17, take out money, cancel it and you have to chase them for a refund

I ordered iPhone 17 Pro Max with them and after a couple of days I get emails saying that it has been cancelled, then, I have to ring them and they advised me it was due to a technical issue. I've tried to purchase the iPhone 3 times and only got 1 refund; the other two they are promising to do it but it's been more than 4 weeks waiting for it. Their customer service is useless and you end up even more frustrated after talking with them. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

Unbelievably bad service!!
I am without Internet for almost 2 weeks, they leave you on hold!!!on the telephone. Then put you through all the procedures yourself which don’t work You are then on hold on for another hour to try and get through again to be told it’s your broadband box and will send someone out to you which never happens. Someone was supposed to come between nine and four today. Bevy happened??? had no phone call and no one has arrived.
Had to phone again and go on hold have been on for the last hour to Sky and again the poor person from India who took my call got the wrong side of me as I’m so annoyed as this has taken up my whole day and paying for a service that’s not been provided extremely unhappy customer

Sky are terrible

Starting on a positive note — and the only one for Sky Broadband — the Sky Hub router provides exceptional coverage.

However, the virtual assistant and customer support are practically non-existent when you have a question before joining. The first thing they ask for is your Sky ID and account details.

I needed broadband and a home phone.
My old provider, Digiweb, offered 1 Gb broadband plus a home phone (with free anytime calls to Irish mobiles and landlines) for €45 per month — and that was after some out-of-contract haggling.

Sky advertised Broadband + Talk packages as follows:

1 Gb: €35/month for 1 year, €40/month for 2 years

500 Mb: €30/month for 1 year, €35/month for 2 years

But there’s no Talk package actually included — you have to purchase an additional subscription, which costs at least another €5/month, and the call rates are expensive.

To find this out, I had to sign up with Sky just to get an answer from their support team.

So, within the two-week cooling-off period, I’m cancelling and going back to Digiweb.

I should have trusted all the poor reviews of Sky

Horrendous

I still can't sign in to activate my discovery plus. I'm demented from trying different ways using different devices and no good. Not able to speak with an actual human being to help me sort this is a joke. Ai is more than useless. The community page and the online ai cant help and the sms chst has taken days and still cant help and the worst part of that is i have to pay to ask and answer questions. I have a tech wizard at home and they can't figure out what's going on. Discovery plus keeps coming back OOOOOPS SOMETHING WENT WRONG. I got sky for the 1st time last week and it's been really messy. I am asking for help but getting none. If I could give 0 star I would.
