Excellent service, affordable and easy!

We moved from the UK to Canada and had 6 valuable packages sent with Skybags, couldn't be more pleased with the service! So much cheaper than other providers or taking the bags with us on the plane. I had a lot of questions throughout the process and the customer service agent replied quickly and thoroughly. Everything went smoothly and to plan with accurate estimated delivery times, so much so that our bags ended up being on the same flight home as us! Very pleased and would definitely use again

Easy and great service!

Generally not bad

Generally not bad. However, only gave 4 stars as the initial delivery of the empty boxes and labels took a full week to arrive and therefore we had to push out the initial collection date. Also, the collection of the packed boxes was arranged for a morning, but there were not collected until 17:50 on that day so a family member had to be at the house all day. In addition to the written packing list, they needed an electronic copy too (for the airline) which they only asked for after the boxes had been collected - would have good to know this up front.
Having said these things, I was impressed at how fast skybags were to respond to my emails - usually within an hour.

Skybags Success

Booking online wasn’t completely straightforward but telephone help was prompt and efficient.
Collection van arrived in good time but option of morning or afternoon would have been helpful as prospect of waiting in for 8 hours is difficult.
Tracking for recipient worked well and consignment was delivered when expected.
Price was very reasonable.

Bad smells after arrival

I had a bad experience and I reach out and they asked me but never cared. My clothe came smelling real bad and I had to dispose it after trying everything to remove smells. Not sure what happened but it never smelled like it did when it arrived. At the end of the day I paid for a service to end up disposing what I sent.

Fantastic, 1000% would recommend and use again.

I used SkyBags This year to move overseas from my place at University back to my family home (UK to Saudi Arabia). And I don't have a single complaint or piece of criticism. Vicky was very patient with my constant questions and explained everything very well. They even helped repack some things that reached their warehouse with insufficient packaging. Thank you so much for everything!!

Personal belongings to Vietnam

We used Skybags to ship my sons personal belongings to Ho Chi Minh. Vicky could not have been more helpful and efficient, patiently answering lots of questions and accommodating our changes in pick up date. The quote they gave and the final invoice once they received our boxes were very close indeed. The tracking system worked well. I don’t hesitate to recommend them.
