Callum from Skybound has been so helpful, patient, available, and makes be feel secure in a financial universe that normally feels stressful and overwhelming to me.

I feel confident with the solutions he found for us that were really targeted to us and our needs.

He finds a good balance of listening to what you think you want and advising where you could be potentially making better decisions. And has good encouragement without pressure. And we always feel supported.

I imagine he is a hard worker and loves what he does (or at least we get a feeling of his passion and hard work when we deal with him.)

Simon is patient and understanding and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. His assistant Karla is the same, patient and polite, even when we are not great at getting back to her!! They are professional and we appreciate that they are never pretentious or false, something we have sadly encountered with other financial advisors in the past.

Well you could try by actually making me some money. Between you and IPensions you've managed to lose 4k over 4years but I don't see your fees coming down for your bad financial management. Maybe you should charge the way you take fees and only get a percentage of the profit you make your long suffering clients then you might pull your fingers out. And your portal has not been updated for over 90days now so no one can keep an eye on how badly your doing. You should be ashamed of yourself.

I had a very good experience with Skybound. My advisor, Kevin Crowther, was clear, professional, patient and transparent in explaining all the positives and negatives of various options. We approached Skybound for financial advice when making the move back from Italy to Australia.
