I can't count the amount I've lost because How they never help in timely manner, and rules change almost on he daily. Ex; I used to be able to get withdrawals approved within a few hours (even after jumping through their hoops and providing adequate ID and documentation) but now, when I'm a few extra thousand up, all of a sudden then either cancel it on THEIR END or the approval will take days or be forgotten. When needing help or asking for a withdrawal release, same responses over and over from emails/live chat/whatsapp. When they say they transfer your issue to another department don't expect it to be resolved or returned. Every-Single-Time that I'm up in winnings, they take it away by; Their site will shut down or change domain / change the length of withdrawal approvals / change the rules / ask for more ID (even if its the same as already uploaded) and so on. It's really a money grabber and scam site. And now I'll get the same response with a tweak to personal the msg saying to email their support email, when it does nothing but go around in circles or new rules have been made up on the spot, anything to withhold my winnings. Considering how much I've put in, I should be given a back pay that I'm able to withdraw of my winnings that I've lost because of their delays/cancellations/no reasons/site shutdowns etc - but hey, 1 can dream right... (since putting this up - they have blocked my account for deposits)

SkyCrown Casino – A Total Letdown, Avoid at All Costs!

SkyCrown has to be one of the worst casinos out there, and it's only gone downhill from the moment I became a VIP member. The live chat who on e were rally good is now absolutely useless – they don’t answer questions because they’ve clearly been told not to. As a VIP, I expected at least a decent level of service, but it’s the complete opposite. My so-called VIP host takes 48 hours to respond and knows absolutely nothing about the promotions or benefits.

Honestly, being a VIP here offers no benefits whatsoever; in fact, it feels like you get less. And don’t even get me started on withdrawals – they’re incredibly fast when it comes to taking your money, but when you want to make a withdrawal, they’ll hit you with every excuse under the sun. I work in the banking industry, so I know full well that it’s not my bank holding things up. It’s clear SkyCrown just doesn’t want to pay out quickly, thinking their players are clueless.

To make things worse, they’ve started converting all your money from AUD to Euros or US $$, which means they’re slugging you with international transaction fees. So not only are they slow to pay, but they’re also costing you more just to play!

As for promotions, they’re a total scam. They advertise all these promos on your personal page, but once you deposit, they suddenly refuse to honor them. What’s the point of having them up if they’re not legitimate? It’s all a bait-and-switch tactic.

There are so many better casinos out there that actually value their players, so do yourself a favor and put your money elsewhere. SkyCrown is just a nightmare waiting to happen.

I was a VIP to this company, and was rewarded by 2x 30 dollars deposits not going onto my player ACC! I repeatedly told them that I was unhappy and wanted it sorted and they just didn't seem to be doing anything to fix this problem they originally told me to wait 24hous then asked me for bank statements to prove the money came out of my bank which I provided and still have not got the money credited to my player ACC! Find a different place to gamble!
Update I still have not got my deposit even tho I have supplied sky crown with all the information they have asked for! They say they want to fix it promptly but everytime I try to contact customer care via chat I get told to wait for an email response and it never seems to come sky crown if you want to fix it the email linked to the ACC is jbrin198at g.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS....these people are scammers. please stay away from them. I have filled an ongoing investigation on this casino as i am typing this REVIEW as funds had dissapearred from my account amounting to $1500 without my approval. from some al hoora account which is apparently registered to skycrown.
