I ordered binoculars and they are two weeks past the arrival date. I’ve emailed twice for a response or update, and haven’t heard back.
I plan on canceling my order.

High Quality
The two binoculars we ordered are high quality and have exceeded our expectations, the packaging was impressive and it arrived sooner than we anticipated. Just in time for the Braves last game last weekend and our upcoming trip to see our daughter march in the Appalachian State University football halftime show!

Best multipurpose fan ever!
Buying straight from the company was a good experience. My husband received this fan from a friend for his pull golf cart. I loved it so much I wanted one for my bedside so I went to Amazon thinking he got it there. The price was ok but I thought I would check out the company and I was able to get it at 20% off. It was a great deal and I absolutely love everything about it.
