Joan helped us book a trip for the mid-term to Lapita. We needed to reschedule the trip twice due to covid contact tracing and Joan was extremely helpful. She responded quickly to every message. She was very accommodating when negotiating with the hotel to change our dates. We will use her again because everything was so smooth and easy. She really took the effort out of booking a trip.
