Seamless booking experience with Skylinks Travels

I recently booked my wife’s ticket from Lahore to Melbourne through Skylinks Travels, and the experience was excellent. Lisa, the agent assisting me, was professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the process. She made the booking seamless and stress-free. Lisa , was very helpful. She got me a great deal. She been keeping me updated on my travels to Africa in the republic democratic of the Congo. She's got a good flight with Turkish Airlines. I can't wait for my next trip to get in touch with the agency.

Professionalism and Excellent Customer care Skills

A customer should be treated right at all times. I was made to feel at home by Joy. The humility she radiated from 4th Oct while I travelled all the way to my return on 30th is one that clearly indicates a nurtured trained and disciplined personnel.

Joy Continuously kept tabs of my whole journey even in the uneventful missing of a flight. I recommend her to incentives and end of year award.

I recently booked a trip...

I recently booked a trip of 3 people with skylinks. I am 100%satisfied. Staffs are reachable and will talk you through all processes from the sell to the your return.
Will definitely recommend. I am in the process of booking my next ✈️.

I have never in my life come across a…

I have never in my life come across a company as bad as this. They are rude unhelpful and don't answer when you call them. They have not returned my money for a flight I can't go on because of my mental health. I told them that they have caused me stress and panic attacks but they dismissed everything I told them. I have travelled the world and never have I experienced such inadequacy like this. I would not advice anyone to travel with this company

Dear Maxine, I wanted to clarify the situation regarding your ticket. Since your ticket is non refundable but changeable, the refund process is managed by the airline, not by our agency. As per airline policies, non-refundable tickets can be change but not refunded by airline.

Regarding your request to change your destination from Banjul to Cyprus, please note that any changes to the ticket, including adjustments to the date or destination, will incur a fare difference. Our agency is able to facilitate these changes; however, the fare difference must be covered by you, as per the airline's policies. We understand that you and your husband have expressed a desire not to pay any additional costs and to have the destination change made at no extra charge. Unfortunately, this is not feasible under the current airline guidelines.

We are more than willing to assist with modifying your ticket, but we must adhere to the airline's rules regarding fare differences and associated costs. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and are here to help with the process.

I liked the honesty and good communication skills of the staff.Very supportive especially when you are not sure if you making the right or wrong decision.They supported my mum who has never travelled long distance to fly from Kenya to Edinburgh.I was worried but Joy kept me updated upto the last minutes and sourced for a good cheaper ticket.Highly recommend
