Absolutely fantastic service from Sandy at Skylord Cruise & Holidays!

I had already booked a trip to Paris to see Céline Dion, but unfortunately I hadn’t been able to get tickets for the opening night. As a huge Céline fan, I was really disappointed that I wouldn’t be there — until I happened to see a last-minute concert package advertised on Facebook, including flights, hotel and concert tickets.

I ended up booking the package for myself and a friend, giving us the incredible opportunity to make an unexpected trip to Paris and experience Céline’s opening night. It genuinely felt like a dream come true!

From the very first conversation, Sandy was absolutely brilliant. He took the time to talk me through everything, explained the package clearly, answered all my questions and kept me updated throughout the whole process by both email and phone.

Considering how last-minute everything was, Sandy made the entire experience feel easy, organised and completely stress-free. He made sure we had all the relevant documents and information in plenty of time, and I always felt confident that everything was being taken care of.

What really stood out was Sandy’s knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail, along with the genuinely personal service he provided. He clearly knows his stuff and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.

The trip was AMAZING, and getting to see Céline on opening night was something I will never forget.

I was super impressed with Skylord Cruise & Holidays from start to finish and would have absolutely no hesitation in booking with them again.

Just booked our trip away to Seattle where we board our ship for an Alaskan cruise followed by a two night train journey through the Rockies and a two nights stay in Chicago. Skylord Cruise and Holidays were a breath of fresh air to deal and in particular “Gerry” who was so helpful in guiding us through the booking. This was followed up by emails and texts to keep us informed of things as things were being confirmed. Of all the years I’ve had traveling around the world this was without doubt the best booking I’ve experienced 👍

I have shared my request for my family holiday and they've tailored my request as per my children age and interest. They've explored a wonderful family holiday package which is very value for money. The person who arranged for my family holiday named, Rohen Sampoo who was very work ethic and diligence.

Rohan was our agent and organised the flights from UK and Germany he booked the flights so that we all could catch the same connection flight. And all this in last minute as we were going to my mothers funeral.
The service was excellent.

This people get you a flight one way and tell you it’s round trip. They want to schedule you for whatever time they want and don’t take in consideration what the customer wants. My experience has been horrible. I just wanted a flight round trip for 1 day coming the next day and they waited until the last minute to send me only one ticket. They never gave me my ticket home and then wanted me to stay an extra day when I had told them I didn’t have anymore money to stay an extra day. Another thing g is that they give you a price and then charge you more. They quoted me $555 and ended up charging $577. When I told them this the guy said he would talk to his manger about it. I never got my money back. I’m still waiting g for a flight to get home. I’m stranded in CA trying to go home to MA. Please do not book with these people unless you want to be stranded like I am or you want to fly on their terms and not yours. I rather pay more and fly on my terms than pay less and be stranded.

I had a great experience booking my holidays with (DEE) in sky lord travel she was more than helpful and I look forward to booking more holidays with Skylord travel/ (DEE)….she was very understanding with my specific requirements….
