It is easy to edit the pictures.It make me happy when I use to correct my bad pictures.

II purchased this product after being offered a military discount. That turned out to be the only thing that worked as advertised.
After paying, downloading, and installing the software, I was immediately stuck in an absurd loop where the system repeatedly prompted me to purchase the product again — despite already having paid for it. The software was effectively unusable from the outset.
Customer service was nonexistent. I sent multiple emails and received no response. I escalated further and emailed the CEO directly — still nothing. No acknowledgment, no support, no accountability.
At that point, the situation stopped looking like incompetence and started looking like something far worse. When a company takes your money, provides a broken product, and then disappears entirely, it is difficult to view it as anything other than a scam.
I have now initiated a dispute with my credit card company, which frankly should not have been necessary in the first place.
Avoid this company. Avoid their products. The experience was not just disappointing — it was unacceptable.

Luminar Neo is phenomenal, very easy to use, even for a beginner and provides fantastic results. In addition, the support personnel provides excellent customer service, quick responses to inquiries and assistance to individuals with technical issues regardless of computer knowledge or background. Truly a program that delivers professional results with a top notch customer response.

I have been using Luminar AI software for some time and have been very happy with it. Recently I purchased the new Luminar Neo software package and downloaded it onto my Mac computer. I had trouble registering and using the new software initially and reached out for some help in resolving this issue. I received a quick reply from Sofi in Skylum who guided me through the process and soon I was happily using the new package. In my experience The products and product support from Skylum are first class.

I contacted customer support because I wanted to renew my subscription and wanted to know if that was a better option than a lifetime license. Their response helped me make a decision. The customer support team was very friendly, understood my concern right away, and was able to assist me. I’ve been a long-time customer of the company—I’ve had their products for many years now—and I’m still satisfied with them.

I filled in the wrong email, so nothing worked, one email and within a hour they corrected everything and now it works like a charme!! That’s what I call customer services!!!!

I really want to change naked photo

I have been using Skylum’s products since forever and purchased the Neo on its inception. Great editing software without subscription. The customer service is outstanding with quick response time and solution. I recently had some issues with Neo’s functionality on my Mac. As usual customer service responded and provided easy to follow steps to resolve my issue.

Luminar Neo exceeded my expectations. Photo editing is fast and efficient. The environment is much more pleasant than competing software. And the technical support is pleasant. My account issue was resolved very quickly. I recommend it. Thank you very much.

I have been using Luminar Neo for the last year and i am so happy with the experience. I use in combination with Lightroom and Photoshop and it works properly. I get new looks in a few clics and reduce a lot my final process with the RAW develops.
Support is one of the best i have tried. I had a little problem with an addon and they solved it in minutes.

Luminaries Neo is one of 2 plug-ins that I use from Adobe. I use the setting from Landscapes for almost anything. It's part of my workload. At times I use the some of the editing such as noiseless. I find the support from the company the best. I will continue to use Neo as long as I am a photographer. I recommend it highly.

I have been a luminar neo user since day 1 and every update they make the software better and better. It is a true power house of photo editing software. It has replaced Lightroom in my work flow, and truly is amazing the new image restoration is amazing and some of their presets are truly amazing. Their support is always on top of things and able to get things fixed quickly.
