This company is a sham.

This company is a sham.
All customer service numbers and email is not legit.
You cannot cancel and they aren’t honoring the auto renew at 90 days…they renew in 45 days even though you get 150 days.
DO NOT BUY from this company.

I don't have a complaint about the…

I don't have a complaint about the product, my issue is with the service. I have tried repeatedly to cancel an auto delivery. I have emailed them numerous times with no resolution. I have been trying the phone number for months and it is always busy. This is a poorly run company that has no interest in customer service.

South African Scam

There is no registered physician in the USA with the name Barbara Miler (one L).

The website domain in the links is registered to an individual with many other domains. The one thing these domains have in common is that they have IP ranges from South African Internet Service Providers. Many of the reactions to comments under articles are from South African accounts.

If it smells like a scam, it is a scam.

Hello Astral, all you have said is not true at all, we are USA based company and all of our products are made in the USA and 3rd party lab tested, we have no idea, why you're writting this, we do have several other countries we sell our products too and yes, South Africa is one of them, you are not in our customer list and we kindly ask you to not harm our company that way

Overall a happy customer

I'm seeing lots of 1 star reviews about lax customer service and not receiving product, etc.
I personally have had an entirely different experience.

My shipment arrived in the stated shipping time and I started on them twice a day, per the instructions. I take one with my morning meds and one with my night meds. So far they have done well for me. I was having HORRID hot flashes in the evenings. After using these great tasting gummies for just about 6 weeks, the evening hot flashes have almost stopped and it has reduced the night sweats as well.
I have a different metabolism due to thyroid issues and most natural supplements don't work well for me. I have been pleasantly surprised and plan to reorder when my 3 month supply is almost exhausted.

Sorry if it didn't work for you, but I am a happy customer. 😊

Reason for my 3 stars

Reason for my 3 stars? Two-fold: (1) these gummies did practically nothing for me, if anything; (2) this company did not respond to my three different requests for them to honor their "Money Back Guarantee." Zip. Zilch.
So, while I understand "biohacking," wanted them to work, and thought the company was legit, I ended up being sorely disappointed. Guess I'm just going to have to think twice about ordering ANYTHING from Instagram (as this is about the third "failure" from purchasing there).

Boo. Hiss.

BEWARE This is a COMPLETE SCAM!

BEWARE! THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!
They don't even deserve 1 star!
They have lied about their company being based in the USA, when they are based in Hong Kong!
The parent company is called: EcomNick Limited and they run multiple scams under different bogus company names, selling cheap clothing and many other products as well.
They advertise on Amazon as well.
I have raised a dispute with PayPal and have requested a full refund.
PLEASE CHECK online before buying any products.

You’ve been warned

I’d give them less than a 1 if I could! Ordered, never shipped, asked CS probably 10 times. Got answer saying to return it. Never received not. Had to dispute charges on my CC. They even charged me for priority shipping. No communication, no support, no product, horrible! Can’t speak to the effectiveness of their product, because I never got it!

This was a weird buying experience!

Overall, this was a weird Company to buy from!

I wanted to share my recent experience with an order I placed for your three-month gummy supply through a Facebook advertisement.

After I made the purchase, I guess my order was processed, and I was charged accordingly. After approximately three weeks had passed without any email confirmation or tracking information, I became concerned that this might have been a fraudulent transaction. As a result, I initiated a dispute with my bank and received a temporary credit for the purchase.

However, I was surprised to receive the package containing the gummies earlier this week. While I did receive the product I ordered and have recently started using it, the overall experience was quite unusual.

I still have not received any emails regarding my order, nor were there any additional items like stickers or promotional offers included in the shipment. Furthermore, I have sent several messages to your company regarding this experience, but have not received any response. Their phone number is also disconnected.

While I have now received the gummies, the lack of communication and standard order updates has been concerning. Even if I find the product to be satisfactory, I am hesitant to place future orders given this experience. I believe it is important for your company to address these issues with your order fulfillment and customer service processes to ensure a better experience for your customers. Also, to answer incoming messages about orders that were charged but no information was sent along to the buyer!

I never received my purchase

I never received my purchase, tracking says at distribution center, never moves from there. I've requested a refund several times all i get is a computer generated response that my order is being sent to the escalated department.
Horrible, Run, just want your money and no contact.

Just don’t order from this company they…

Just don’t order from this company they are willing to take your money but that’s about it. I ordered on march 7 after a month of waiting nothing has shown up the phone number is disconnected they do not respond to emails. Absolutely disgusting awful company they essentially still $125 from me.

Stay away!!

Stay away! This company is a complete scam. I ordered their mushroom gummies, based on what I saw on Instagram claiming Joe Rogan endorsed them. I was a fool! Rogan did not endorse this company. They also claim a 4.9 star rating on Trustpilot, but they are not rated - they have no reviews. Last thing is the product I received came from China. No way I'm ingesting a supplement from China!

I've emailed them 3 times asking for a refund (They say they have a 60 day money back guarantee, per their website) but so far have refused to do so. I also tried calling the phone number listed on their website, and it is "no longer in service or has been disconnected". Total sham!
