Untrustworthy, Non payment for services

Unfortunately we have been taken for a ride. After delivering two loads (one oversized) from O'hare airport to Precision Turbine Services in Burlington, Kentucky they never paid our company for the services. The agreement that was signed was for 30 days. The thing that is bother me is the accounting executive Abby Sage keeps changing her story of when they will pay. She appears to be stringing me along. After looking at the brokers review on DAT she did the same thing to another company very recently. I do not recommend them and am reaching out to the shipper and receiver to resolve my issue. I am reviewing because I do not want another carrier to go through non payment for services.

Professionalism

Working with Greg Smith has been a great experience. He is not only highly professional in his work, but also a genuinely good human being. Throughout our dealings, Greg was clear in communication, kept every promise he made, and ensured everything ran smoothly.

One of the things we appreciated most was timely payment—he honored all financial commitments exactly as agreed, which is a rare and valued trait in this industry.

If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy freight broker, Greg Smith is someone you can count on. Highly recommended!

A pleasure to do business with this company.

I have been in contact with Alex Roy regarding a load he assigned me, from the beginning to the end he has always been available by phone or email, always responding and helping with whatever is necessary. It has really been a pleasure to have been in contact with him and to have worked with this company.

Good and they pay on time!

Omar Transport Corp Completed our first 1 load with Zack. Everything was very organized, Rate Sheet, DO and warehouse were fast. Regarding payment, it arrived on time. Looking forward to working with Zack again.

Legit and they pay on time
