When I realised how expensive is this service I tried to cancel my claim . As I experienced the rigth to cancel the claim during 14 days after application, as it is promised on the website, in reality does not exist.

Once I had completed the comprehensive claims forms the process was seamless and within a few weeks the compensation was paid out to me. I would have liked a little more detail on the breakdown of the compensation but that's not overly important as they got compensation that I would have found difficult/impossible to get on my own

Support was good. But then additional charges were deducted from the final amount due to additional legal support as per Sky Refund team,
But not sure why there was a need for additional legal process as in this case Airline was bound to provide the compensation due to the lapse on their side ?
Since Airline voluntarily dragged this issue, can we not penalise the airline for these additional expenses rather penalising the passenger in this case.

Communications are not bad, they are non-existent. Over a year now and nothing except an acknowledgement from Aer Lingus that a complaint had been filed. Tried to submit the information form and it was rejected.

I add the documents that the company asked for and waited for the results for approximately 40 days, even it takes time but it's worth it, because they did all the work perfectly and I recieved my compensation finally.

Really dissatisfied with this company. Applied for compensation in April 2024 (yes - almost 2 years ago). Very infrequently I'll send a message asking for an any update and, initially they'd just say they were working on it, and last 2 emails were just ignored. I enquired to know if they've given up so then I'd be able to employ another company before the time limit expires. Apparently they reply to reviews on here though - which strongly suggests they're more concerned with company presentation management rather than actually assisting clients.
