Unable to find their perfect gin, founders Rachel Hicks and Andrew Parsons seized the moment and created their own – to reflect the adventures they have had travelling through skies and over waves to far flung corners of the globe. Fabulous gin at Bicester Heritage!
Came across Sky Wave Gin whilst wandering around Bicester Heritage site (great to visit on one of their open days). Very welcoming staff, who convinced me I needed to buy a bottle of their best gin. It didn’t disappoint and I have been back for more since - highly recommended!

Thank you for your hospitality, a most enjoyable gin tasting experience at the distillery. The gins were stunning. We enjoyed particularly, the cask aged gin - delicious. In fact we enjoyed all of the gins!
