A little expensive but the quality is very good and the fit is great - you get what you pay for!

Sorted out a small problem very quickly

Ordered the 3 for 2 tshirts, loved the designs so was looking forward to them arriving, delivery was fast, but when I opened the package I was left disappointed, one tee was great, quality was high and size was spot on, but the other two tees (same size) were actually smaller in size even tho I ordered all the same, checked the lable and they all matched but only one tee was a good fit, the other two were like 2 sizes down?? Contacted returns to send them all back as if I'm paying over £50 for a product I expect it to be worth it, if all the tees were the same I would of been happy, had free delivery but had to pay to return so over all I paid to look at a product that wasn't up to standard.

UPDATE: thank you for the reply below, however I have double checked my emails to and from your company and at no point did you tell me about the different size issues, only now you have say this, looking at other reviews you have had this issue before and still haven't sorted the problem, look forward to my refund

Ordered 3 t shirts all 2xl .2 fit perfect 1 was too small I sent it back at a cost of £8 royal mail and explained it was wrongly sized .you agreed said it was old stock and said the 3xl will fit me .the 3xl doesn't fit it is still smaller than the other 2xl ones I first received and is very tight .iam not paying another £8 to send it back by royal mail so I'll see if it fits any of my mates .you need to sort out your sizings. Your bone coloured t shirts are much smaller than the black t shirts mick coates

Was originally sent the wrong item, reached out and got a response from Rob straight away stating I will get a refund once returned. Communication after that was very slow, which I can appreciate from a small business. This seems to be rectified as of this morning. However, in all honesty I won't be purchasing from Slackjaw again which is a shame as I liked the vibe.

I'm really quite disappointed with my experience. The sizing seems significantly off — I always buy a large, which is usually a reliable fit, but these were extremely tight. I returned them for an exchange to an XL, sending the parcel tracked for next-day delivery.

It took ages to get any response from Slackjaw confirming they'd received the return. By the time they did, the original styles I ordered were no longer available. When the XL replacements finally arrived, they seemed no larger than the original large.

I then requested a return for a refund, again sending the parcel back via tracked next-day delivery. Although tracking confirms it was delivered, I've still received no communication acknowledging the return or processing my refund.

I've now had to request the refund directly through Klarna, but I still haven’t heard anything from Slackjaw. It's such a shame — the t-shirt material seemed great, but the sizing is inconsistent and the communication has been genuinely poor throughout.

There was an initial problem with some sizes ordered. However Rob the owner was so understanding and sent replacements and refunded our return postage. The T-shirts are top quality and fantastic designs and these 3 I’ve ordered will be the first of many I’m sure. Great service, friendly and easy interaction and lovely products. Would highly recommend!

I’m a newcomer to Slackjaw and am now a convert. Fantastic quality and obvious good looks… a bit like m’self though I only come in XXL.

Top class service, needed to return an item and the exchange was on its way then next day.

Ordered a hoodie from them, turned out to the the wrong size so I emailed them asking for the correct size, they told me it was out of stock and when the size I wanted came back into stock they would send it out. Exchanged multiple emails over the duration. When the expected shipping date passed I got in touch and didn’t get a reply. Then after chasing found out they didn’t send one and now they are out of stock again.
I was then offered a refund which I declined as this had been going on for a couple of months waiting for it to come back in stock. I really just want to buy a hoodie….
This may seem trivial but I just wanted to order a bloody hoodie…
Great gear, customer service isn’t great.
