First Order from Kilburn…Awesome!!

Ordered for the first time from Kilburn branch…..Definitely worth trying.

Here’s some of the reasons:-
- great value for money
- tasty, well cooked
- generous serving
- good quality
- felt valued even with my relatively small order.
…. I could go on but you seriously have to try for yourself!!!

Awful. Cardiff

Ordered for delivery. Took over an hour to come. When it arrived it was all soggy, one of the burgers was incorrect and drowned in BBQ sauce. The loaded fried - advertised as topped with cheese and spring onions, were super spicy! No mention of spice in the menu. Could not eat them. Waste of money. Very annoying.

Aylesbury outlet

Aylesbury outlet - an awful experience, I bought burgers yesterday and they got the order wrong (chili burger when it should have been a fishburger). Looked like somebody had taken a bite out of one of the burgers when I looked. I have been feeling very sick since eating a third of the burger. I would not recommend this to anyone and advise to stay clear! The service were far from friendly or helpful.

Really good food in Reading

Ordered twice from Reading, fast service and really tasty food! Is my new go-to for a good burger! Chicken fillet burger is nice and spicy and the double flame beef burger is awesome!

food hygiene is zero

They need to take food hygiene seriously. I had food poisoning for which I had to call an ambulance. The pain was excruciating until everything came out of the body. Either staff isn't trained or there are no food safety procedures in place. It was the Alum Rock branch.

Excellent service, SlamBurger in Wembley Delivered a burger which was missing from my order on deliveroo very quickly, this is excellent service. Thank you for getting my order to me quick. SlamBurger Cardiff is awesome!

I visited SlamBurger Cardiff for the first time yesterday and wasn't disappointed!! On arrival the restaurant was very clean and staff friendly and welcoming! We used the self serve screens which showed the vast selection of food, this was very easy to use. Food came in good time and was awesome!! It was so fresh and tasty, best burger I've had in a long time!! Very happy customer!! 😊

Never again

Never again, absolutely rubbish. Ordered a tripple Burger arrived a piece of paper like burger which looked like it had been boiled no flavour and couldn’t see any bit of oil.
No salad no sauce just sloppy cheap old lettuce cost £ 7.95 . I wouldn’t have it for free. My cat eats better meat. How can you not feel guilty taking peoples hard earned money. Slam burger never again. I would rather eat CAT Food

Terrible Cardiff staff attitude and bad…

Terrible Cardiff staff attitude and bad smells! I went in to the Cardiff branch to see what they had to offer. There was a very strange smell of old oil combined with decay. There were bags of rubbish in the doorway and a few scattered on the street outside, and an overflowing green bin with waste falling all over the place, and I also notice there are overflowing bins left in a nearby street (Northcote Lane), which is causing a huge pile-up of rubbish to blow around the streets, which is highly irresponsible. The smell in the restaurant was putting me off eating, and so a member of staff asked looked at me like an insect and said "yes?". I explained I was looking at the menu, and he replied very rudely "order food or leave please". I replied that I found him very rude, at which point the Manager shouted at me to leave, and as I left I looked back to see him sticking two fingers up at me. What a disgrace.

Left with no food

Left with no food, and kids unhappy and hungry as We were ignored for 10 min at the till. Nobody came to till, nobody even looked at us, feeling was awful and racistic TBO!

False advertising, lies and deception from Slamburger. Do not order from there!

Do NOT ORDER FROM SLAM BURGER EVER!!

I recieved a message on instagram from their official account a week before the 17th of April, saying I am one of the winners for the £50 voucher and it was a giveaway on Instagram. It had an expiry date which was the 17th of April but I said I cannot come that day. Can I come the Sunday after and the official slam burger account replied saying yes, I can. I went yesterday (24th of April) to collect it and I messaged them at 3:41pm and told them I'm going with my family for iftar to the Walthamstow branch.

They said and I quote from the conversation we had on instagram, "I had ask our marketing manager who said that it won't be a problem to collect the food after the limit. Do not hesitate to show them the conversations if needed!" (they sent this response at 7:12pm)

I go there and the manager tells me that we can't claim it because the official account needs to confirm even though they already did. There was a problem with the service in the shop as they did not want to deal with our stress. Instead the manager kept ignoring us until we slightly raised our voice and called the manager over to solve the situation despite the fact he can see us. He didn't even want to solve the situation. He could see we were upset but he didn't want to acknowledge us or talk to us. He walked away from our conversation and he didn't even apologise. The young boy at the till gave us dirts when we explained to him the situation. The management and service was very poor!! They could have taken us to the side and handle the situation in a calm manner whilst telling other customers to not get involved and the other staff will attend to them. Bear in mind, they didn't even offer us water and we were fasting. This was absolutely ridiculous and it was terrible management. The way they conducted themselves in front of us was very unprofessional. Not only this but the ones who messaged me, the franchise, (SLAMBURGER) are unreliable and unprofessional. I messaged them at 3:41pm they replied at 7:12, saying I can go collect it and then when I tell them to confirm again at 7:33pm, they don't reply back!! It's now the next day (25th April) and they saw my messages at 11:30pm yesterday and they have yet to reply or respond. They saw my review yet they have not apologised. They did a public acknowledgement of people, myself included, winning a giveaway. Next time, slamburger, if you wanna do a giveaway, don't give false promises or lie, saying we can still go and claim it. P. S they didn't even give us vouchers.

Furthermore, I called the Birmingham office/branch as the manager from Walthamstow tells me this is the main branch and I tell them the situation and they hung up on me!!

I message the company's Instagram and they have yet to respond to take accountability for the situation. There was terrible service with the Walthamstow branch and I called them 13x prior to coming to the branch and they didnt pick up. The actual company itself lied to me and my family and deceived us! It's ridiculous because I went to this place with my family and a three year old and to be treated like the way we were treated, not only from this shop but from the actual company itself is despicable and disgusting, especially during the month of Ramadan. This was false adversiting and do not visit this place whatsoever cause they are liars. They posted the giveaway a month ago and then announce the winners a week before the voucher expired (that's not dodgy), they give the so called £50 voucher during Ramadan when people are busing and therefore, not giving enough time to collect the so called voucher. Lastly, barely any food bloggers commented on the post which means they used my account and platform (@grabwithabsz) for exposure.

This is the first and last time I go to slamburger. One last thing to add, for me it's not about the free food, it's about the principle. Don't say we can go claim it and then say we can't and treat us like dirt. Slamburger has no integrity because they did not honour the giveaway.

DO NOT GO TO SLAM BURGER!!
