Well I was gonna put three or two as I turned over the no deposit bonus and was able to request a withdrawl after WR but .. Like I knew that I was gonna have a ×3 MCO so I won and ended up with $75 I think of I remember correctly. I then had to make the verification deposit and stuff which I hate about any casino but meh I said sure. I turned over the WAGER REQURIEMENTS FOR THE DEPOSIT which I believe is three times it usually is (Most sites won't tell you this) that there is a deposit wager requirement to combat money laundering and whatnot anyhow, back to my review. Yes I had $75 in cash now that I wanted to withdrawal after turning over .y deposit and playing for a little bit. Now I was apparently not verified, I sent in all my info and like some people said they had issues with verifying me I had to wait even longer as well, and I did not end up cashing out as much as I had hoped. And Because it was taking so long for verification I had started to give up hope, maybe doubt they're even real. but suddenly after I had went lower and lower and they took their sweet time to review and process my documents, I finally got the email saying my withdrawal was successful. But mind you I believe I used crypto. I think I can't remember. I know that they made it difficult up until I had the withdrawal in the same amount as the deposit. I ended up making $10 but that was it. Not $75. Not getting y deposit back on top of it. That was pretty crappy. Especially since it was all their and I had followed all rules terms and conditions. I usually always do. But now I am not getting anything from them and wouldn't be surprised if I ever do. Plus verification page says something still wrong with a document I submitted and honestly trying to go on the site tonight just put me off from it for good. I wouldn't play here regularly but if I turn over another no deposit bonus and get my max cash out of ×3 the bonus winnings or bonus funds then I better be able to at least make a withdrawl with no funny business. All of a sudden they would need more or something from me because I won their money meh 😕 bottom line for me is I don't like the max cash out they have for bonuses and I don't even know if I would be able to keep any winnings anyways seeing other people's reviews and how low-key sneaky they sound I guessss s.

As another review below me mentions, the casino is claiming to experience a technical issues and refuse to pay my withdrawal for days. No info, just telling me to wait more.

They even said: "As a result, the processing may take longer than the standard timeframe outlined in our Terms & Conditions." - so basically they ignore, what they claim in their own T&C.

EDIT 23/1/2026: They just blocked my account with over $5489 CAD in it for no reason, with vague explanation of violating T&C, which I obviously didn't do.

Stay away, they won't pay you even if you win!

I've been waiting for a $1000 withdrawal for at least a week now!They said they were having technical issues!By Monday I should receive my funds!I had to jump through hoops to verify my banking information!Today is Saturday!I clicked on their app!They're not there!A company under another name is there!When I try to Google SlapKong nothing comes up!I think they duped me!Wtf!I was really counting on that money!Jeez! 😡

This site steals money from you. I caught them twice. Once for 32.52 and another for 1195.95 I do have the screen shots to prove it. Lord knows how many times it’s happened prior. Chat is unhelpful as well as the vip reps just play dumb. Both times I noticed this happening and of course when I was actually winning for once. They claim terms and agreements but this information is not provided (screenshots) to prove that too.

I tried to withdraw from this casino and it has been so difficult as they are asking for a bank statement which I have three times and they are still declining it still, please do not use this website they take your money but do not pay out.

I was enjoying the casino playing slots and blackjack and turned $800 into 5k. I decided to cash out knowing that I will have to verify myself as a new customer. I sent all the documents they requested to find out that they rejected my drivers license saying it was damaged (which it wasn’t). Couldn’t upload more documents because I wasn’t able to through my account. Dealt with customer service just to be told they will have to send it to the relevant team to investigate. I kept playing and got up to 10k with my account still not being verified . They were asking for a picture of my debit card with my name and card number or a bank statement with my name and card number. My bank doesn’t put your name on the card and the statement doesn’t show the debit card number. I sent my statement showing my account details where’s the money came from and it was rejected. Basically they were asking for something that didn’t exist and I wasn’t able to make a withdrawal. This was by far the worst experience with account verification in the 20 plus different online casino’s I’ve played. So if you want to give this casino your money with no chance of making a withdrawal then this is the place for you. I would give zero stars if I could!
