The customer service for Slashy Hosting was great, they answered all the questions I had and it was a good experience. The panel is easy to navigate and has lots of tools. However with my server sometimes it would get lag spikes and the CPU and RAM would cap out at 100% even though nothing was happening in the server (For reference, i bought a 4gb server). Overall 3/5, a good discount option.

I remember when this company started out, it rarely had any updates nor was the website up to high standard,

But now in November 2021, I can finally say that this company has made HUGE improvements, such as with its website, prices, support, and design of its control panel.

The staff are very friendly and always provide the best support.

Mods couldn't be installed, and the map reseted overnight for no obvious reasons.

Slashy Hosting is by far the BEST Minecraft server hosting company I've dealt with and I've dealt with most of them (Except McProHosting and Bisect due to pricing). Took me a while on my search to find Slashy Hosting back when I first started hosting servers and I've not regretted my decision since. I've had a VPS and multiple Minecraft servers at a time. The owner is awesome and provides excellent support and responds very quickly and is always willing to help. I would recommend Slashy to anyone who is looking for reliable, affordable servers that are easy to setup with excellent support. I won't be switching hosts. Thats for sure.

The setup and the prices are great, but once you start squeezing even just a bit from the server's resources, the server might not be able to keep on, leading to annoying lag. Server plugins installer is bugged and caused my server to uninstall some plugins I have added manually. Tech support replied they won't fix the bug as they don't know how to fix it, and just proposed as a solution to stop using their own plugin installer (however the problem still persisted and support didn't reply back) . You can have the most optimized server jar and config files ever created, but the server will always struggle with 10+ people. If you are looking for some cheap place to play with just a couple of friends for sometime, maybe this is for you; but those looking to host a somewhat big server (15+) players, I would suggest looking another site. It's also important to note that the server control panel is half broken. Half of the features listed at the control panel do not work, for example the roles permissions, the custom commands panel and the plugin installer. EVEN the panel itself is bugged, it keeps me logging me out of my account each time I try to go to another section of the control panel.

I purchased a hosting plan with Slashy for my Halloween themed Minecraft server. So far I'm having a great experience with them and no issues. Ben J was a huge help in answering my questions about pricing and server setup. Will update this review if anything changes but so far I'm extremely happy. Would recommend Slashy if you're looking to host a Minecraft server!

Downtime is resolved quickly, suggestions are properly considered and implemented or rejected for good reasons. Server performance, particularly on a price to performance basis, is incredible.

Currently using VPS and Web hosting and have barely had any problems.

I have purchased their Unlimited Web Hosting plan when it was on sale, and now I have an unlimited-everything web hosting plan for just 25$ per year. That's unbeatable when compared to ANYTHING else. The loading speed is acceptable, and could definitely be improved. The support however is just incredible, they always answer your question and solve the issue in under 24 hours.

While the web hosting is acceptable and, as I said, could use some faster loading speeds, the Minecraft hosting is simply the best, period. I have had Minecraft Hosting for them for a year and I never had an issue with performance whatsoever.

Where do I begin?

I have been using SlashyHosting for about a year now. I joined when their servers cost $1 per GB of ram, This may seem like a low price and that they oversell, right? WRONG Over the entire year of being with SlashyHosting for my Minecraft server I have experienced 4 issues NONE OF WHICH were related to my minecraft server performance. The issues I did have will Billing, Tech Support etc. was resolved within' the first day I appealed it.

Heck they even helped me with personal things that weren't related to their service whatsoever. Their staff team is top notch and their servers are great.

Not only does SlashyHosting do Minecraft Server hosting, they do Webhosting, and rent out Virtual Private Servers. And with all these options to choose from, they don't oversell any of them.

One really big thing about SlashyHosting is, whenever they have a promotion, if you buy the service at the promotional cost, the rest of your concurrent billing cycles will stay at the promotional price long after the promotion has ended.

5/5, 10/10 you name it, they are and will be the best most affordable host I know.

Slashy really is just amazing, their support wait times are impeccable and it's generally such a nice community. I'd 100% reccommend Slashy Hosting.

I have used a multitude of hosting services for my game servers, and no Minecraft service has come close to the level of support and stability Slashy can offer. Don't hesitate to pick them over larger, more expensive options. They have continued to prove better.

Amazing experience, Staff very friendly. Also it's very cheap compare to other stores.

The server performance is magnificent, it upholds expectationsm aside of that the service is quick and great.

Small issues on purchase though I joined support and was able to easily get it resolved. No issues with product itself after this.
