I can't believe this is a real company
I can't believe this is a real company. the onboarding process took 1 hour 20 mins, asking daft questions like ... so a year ago, when you damaged your hand opening a jar, what was the weather like outside? I could barely understand a word the person onboarding me said, they called me Dave at one point, even though thats not my name, then ultimately said we have rejected the claim. I mean, just send me a text, would never dream of using this shower ever the most unprofessional company I have ever come across

Why won’t you cancel my enquiry
I started the enquiry today the 23/2/2026 and the very same day 23/2/2026 asked to cancel it and yet I am receiving multiple emails that seem to be ignoring my request to cancel which within the company terms and conditions I am entitled to do free of charge within 14 days well this is day 1 of 14 please cancel and delete my details in line with GDPR
This issue has now been resolved and my enquiry has now been cancelled!

Didnt even have the courtesy to ring me…
Didnt even have the courtesy to ring me back to let me know if they'd take on my case, after having given all the harrowing details at length to the call handler (who didnt seem to know much about anything) and despite my situation mirroring the misdiagnosis and negligence example on their website, that they claim to be experts in, but quite clearly aren't.

Accident compensation claim
I was involved in a road traffic accident in Spain in January 2023 when a lorry went into a stationary bus I was travelling on causing me to sustain injuries.
I contacted Slater Gordon who agreed to take on my claim. I was supported throughout the whole procedure by Onyinye Ebizie from their Travel Litigation practice area. She was extremely helpful throughout the log process which was more difficult as the accident happened in Spain. She supported me every step of the way until its successful conclusion in January 2026 and acted throughout in a very professional manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending Slater Gordon to anyone considering a compensation claim

Excellent service…
I have used Skater and Gordon to pursue any miss sold car finance agreements I may have. I am very impressed with the regular updates that I have received.
