slazenger - nostalgia purchase -good quality and great fit

The items ordered failed to be delivered. It was not easy to find how to escalate the issue with Sports Direct by phone eventually I got to have a chat on line. EVRI the delivery company were pretty useless when I told them the parcel had not arrived. Eventually Sports Direct sent the items again and they were received in quick time

Received shorts, paid £17.99 plus postage of £4.99. Had price labels left on, presumably sent back from a store, priced at £8 or 2 pairs for £13. Feel totally ripped off!

They dont have anything saying that there will be $18 in charges for additional shipping even after they charge $8 for shipping. What is this crap, if I would have known this, I would have never ordered. $26 in shipping cost for a $20 Item... ridiculous! I LOVE Slazenger golf balls, but OMG at the very least make it known up front!

A few years ago (2023) I ordered several tubes of tennis balls from here and didn't receive the full shipment and they refused to complete the order but kept my money saying they sent it despite advising them right away the order was not complete. We had been purchasing from them for years until then. Never again.

Computer schmooze so far but everything has changed. Even though, I will go with the flow and thank you for being there for me.

I purchased Golf Clubs from the Slazenger website, they were promptly delivered however from Sports Direct with 50% off labels on each club.
I contacted customer services to complain about this but they were not interested. I then asked for copy of complaints procedure, turns out they do have one (is this not a legal requirement?)
Anyway I asked if I could return items as it was cheaper to buy straight from sports direct (Slazenger/sports direct/frasers are all affiliated), they have made it almost impossible to do this, informing me I must pay cost to return! That would mean £4.99 to have delivered & possibly over £20 to return which in the long run would be silly I feel.
I am only writing this because they have no scruples, do not care once you have purchased an item, have no complaints procedure & basically rip customers off!
DO NOT BUY from any of the affiliated stores online, you pay for delivery & if the item does not suit, no longer required or any other reason apart from damaged items then you are responsible for return postage!
Customer services are a waste of time & the most unhelpful I have come across so far.
I would never recommend this company or affiliated one

Worst company I have ever dealt with, bar none!!! Paid nearly £30 for a product, it arrived with a sale label on, £9.50 or 2 for £15!!! The worst part is they are refusing to refund me!! They will only send a gift voucher!! So they have accepted liabilty by offering a voucher for the difference, but won't refund the money that they have essentially admitted they over charged. Disgusting!!! Do not buy anything from this awful brand. I never will and I will tell anyone who will listen what they are like!!!

five times for shipping overseas used plastic bags... idiots!!!

The two items I have purchased have arrived with price tags of £13.00 each.
Why have I been charged over £70.00 including post and packaging??

My wife likes the golf ball. The price plus delivery fee was one thing but the duties came as a surprise. This made for an unacceptable cost. I will not be ordering again.

As usual, Slazenger have excellent products, wonderful customer service , fast delivery.

Great shorts at very good price with discount for multi-buy. Good range of colours, comfortable and colour-fast. I've had many pairs of these.

I prepaid the order on a credit card but never received the merchandise. I later received a separate e-bill for "fees and duties" that was snagged by my spam filter. By the time I learned of the additional charges, which should have been included in the original purchase payment, the shipment had been returned, and I've heard nothing since.

Just okay for the price you get what you pay for

No returns policy.
I paid £33.99. for my swimming costume only to open packet on arrival to find it had been reduced by 50% down to £16.!
Totally upset and disgusted.
I've always used Slazenger but will never order online from your company again.
Very sad.

I wanted to return one pair of shoes but despite trying to multiple times it would not find my order. Eventually it passed my 28 days since purchase. I attempted to find any way to contact the company including instagram and email but never got a response. I definitely will not be purchasing anything with Slazenger again simply because if there is any issue it’s incredibly difficult to get in contact.
