These are the best shoes brand you could get for your money.
I tried many shoe brands but i didn’t get what I wanted… I spent lots of money buying many expensive shoes and ending up not wearing them… the reason is that I was looking for specific qualities in “THE” shoe.
I’m a little bit overweight, I have flat feet sweaty feet, and I need a shoe I could wear for 9 hours straight without hating it. Obviously, if you need a shoe to satisfy all these conditions, you would think of a running shoe, but that wasn’t an option for me. I needed a formal classy shoe that should be distinctive but without being flashy. You could say, I was looking for a shoe that was made especially for me.
About 5 years ago, I saw these in a local store and liked the classic design, comfort and the flexible light bedding. I wore it to work all day long and liked the way it kept my feet comfy and sweat-free. I continued buying those shoes even when their price raised by around 25% because they were “IT”. Around a year ago, the local store I used to buy them from stopped selling them and I continued looking around and buying other shoes I didn’t like. Until recently I decided to buy them online. It was a difficult decision to make since I live in Saudi Arabia and the shipping cost is so high.
I’m glad I did… I got the package but the pair I ordered turned to be bigger than I expected. I contacted the customer service email and they were so courteous, considerate and so generous to agree to accept replacing it with another one even after realizing that the 30-day comfort guarantee return policy does not apply to my case and even if that meant that would mean that they would have to pay the extra shipping costs.
Getting to know the great customer support team and seeing how wouldn’t hesitate to go out of their way and pend their own rules just to stay on the customer side, made me realize that my investment in buying those shoes all that years was justified… those shoes are high quality products are a testament of the quality of the company own policies and relations with customers. They are here to serve life-long customers.

There was no fuffing around when I ordered the item plus I love it. However, i was disappointed by DHL as they lied that they had attempted to deliver the item on 21/01/20 but nobody was home. The whole family was at home except me.

Ensuring our goods move accurately and efficiently through third party courier companies is one of our largest challenges.
Once the goods leave the warehouse to a degree we lose control, although we do try and work with the best couriers available.
This in itself is a challenge as the standard of staff will vary from country to country, depot to depot.
Please accept my apologies surrounding the level of service we were able to provide which was clearly not up to your expectations or our own standards.
