I went to Sleep 8 by chance on Boxing day and was served at the pillow by a lovely gentleman employee as i was browsing for a new pillow/s. unfortunately they did not have the one i wanted in stock at the time but he informed me of the restock and deals in January which i really appreciated. i have since bought 2 pillows for a good price and they are so comfy and worth the wait in lead time! - which was quicker than expected

The bed is lovely and very comfortable. This is the second bed we’ve purchased from Sleep 8, and our first experience was absolutely outstanding—a definite 5/5.
However, our second experience was less than satisfactory due to issues with the third-party delivery and assembly service used by Sleep 8. The delivery team had no idea how to assemble the bed and only realized this after scattering all the parts across the room. I was shocked, as I had assumed they would be knowledgeable and prepared beforehand.
To make matters worse, the team was unprofessional and seemed rushed, eager to move on to their next delivery. They even asked me to sign off on an incomplete job, which I refused. I had to contact Sleep 8 directly to report the issue, and thankfully, they promptly sent one of their own colleagues within a couple of hours to resolve the problem.
I strongly recommend that Sleep 8 carefully monitor the performance of third-party services, as they can tarnish the company’s otherwise excellent reputation.

I spoke with Rebecca Sulisufi in customer services on the 9th December 2024, with regard to the delivery of the bed I had ordered from sleep 8. I wanted to confirm a date for delivery. I must say she is an excellent asset to your company, so kind helpful and tried her very best to deal with my request and I had a very good result. I was so happy to have a delivery date and everything went smoothly. I’m sleeping ing my lovely new bed! I am happy to say that from your agent in store, a very nice, knowledgeable, helpful and patient young man whose name escapes me, to Rebecca in customer service and the delivery/ bed builders my experience has been extremely positive and would whole heartedly recommend the company.

Someone from Sleep8 cancelled my order...I didn't talk to anyone, there was no communication of any sort. I am now waiting 10 days for a refund I didn't ask for and the only option for me to get the mattress I ordered is to cough up another £1300 while waiting for the refund. Experience in the shop was brilliant and I can't fault it but this surprise is not a fun one. I think I'll just wait for the refund and spend my money elsewhere

My husband and I are so happy with our purchase! We went to the Blue Water store and Leanne Jarvis was incredible helper and friendly. We got the mattress and bed frame that most suits us, and as much she didn't promise the delivery before Christmas, (we bought end of November), the bed has arrived on December 20th. Really pleased and highly recommend.

Received the mattress nothing like the one tried in show room.
Perhaps a design/manufacturing fault. The mattress is too hard but not supportive. One can feel the comfort layer, however after 15-30 you feel the layer or the mattress begin sagging and not distribute your weight evenly. You will feel hinderance of blood circulation and pain start built up.
1. Too hard like sleeping on rock
2. Comfort layer not supportive
Lack of proper support, wake up the next day you feel muscles contracted and more tired.
One of the worst mattress ever slept on.

We received our chair today. A team of 3 got it up the stairs into the room we wanted. They set it up and went though the demo mode. Great price, as we looked at loads before we chose the Sleep 8. We. Did go to the store in bluewater a number of times to try it and were alway made to feel welcome. Early days, but so far we love.

The High Wycombe store is excellent. Tatiana and Jai were very friendly and helped me choose the right products for my new home. I got the items delivered in two weeks as promised. Jack, Steve and Daryl are gems. The delivery was smooth without any problems. I am a happy customer.

I had an excellent experience at this store! The customer service team was incredibly attentive and friendly and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. However, product arrived damaged on the frame with chips, damaged paint work, scratched marks, waiting to hear how to resolve this, bit disappointed… otherwise bed is lovely
Update 1:
Sleep8 has kindly contacted me about the damage and has offered partial refund or replacement, we have chose the replacement and will be due in 2 weeks.
Update 2:
After 6 weeks from the date of delivery, I got the replacement frame. Very happy with it, same fitters that came around the first time.

Nearly 2 years ago I bought my first couch from them in off white colour for the living room. The model is called Amani. I lost count how many people sat and slept on it.
Now I bought Lily for the spare room.
Let me tell you about Amani. It is still like brand new. No stains, no sitting moulds or sagging. When I set on a brand new Amani couch in the shop, there was no difference.
They are worth every penny. Over the last 20 years I had so many sofas and the only regret I have I didn't buy from Sleep 8 sooner.
Might be a bit pricey seeming to begin with but for the quality, it saves money big time
