Was incredible, in general great service

I booked a flat in Agaete with Sleepaway through Airbnb. The flat looks lovely and has great views but the location advertised was incorrect and it turned out not to be accessible without a car. I don't know whose fault that was but after I complained the location has been corrected.

When I realised where the flat was I requested a solution. At first, Sleepaway team was responsive and tried to find an alternative flat. When that didn't work I had to escalate my complaint to Airbnb to get a refund. It took me more than 24 hours to get the full refund and I don't rate the customer service of either company highly here. At least I could phone Airbnb but when I tried Sleepaway no one picked up.

I don't recommend it based on customer service as I can't comment on the quality of the flats.

(Obs: Sleepaway insisted on getting the review removed completely from Trustpilot, to which I don't agree. My initial rating was 1 and I changed it as I received a refund)

Still trying to fool potential customers the property could be cancelled as my confirmation said up to November plus l have still not had my refund after just checking with my bank.
If you want my advice stop telling lies.

The property that we booked in Canary Island was perfect. The company that managed the property Sleepaways.com was TOP they are very professionals and they do everything to make you feel like home. We call them many times to ask them for recommendations and the places they recommend us were great. All in all they make our experience something to remember. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Everything worked out perfect. The company that manage the property Sleepaways was great and help us from the beginning they have to deal with some bureaucracy from the spanish goverment and they manage quiet easely. The experience was great and they make us feel like home I would use this company to book anytime + they have a discount if you compare prices with booking.com or other paltform. THANKS!

Me and my boyfriend we spent our holliday in Las Palomas, rented a boat with sleepaways, which was beautiful and comfortable, 3 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. Everything clean and organized. Great experience to be recommended.

Next year we will back for more :-)

We've stayed in two of their properties (one in Gran Canaria and another one in Tenerife, they're only 1 hour away by ship and 25 minutes by plane) and we are looking forward to repeat with them. Sleepaways made our stay as perfect as it could be. We had a problem with our transport from the airport to the apartment and they automatically solved it. They were very nice and pleased to help us.

We also must highlight that both apartments were pretty cleaned and had such nice views.

Can't wait to stay with them again :)!

Sleepaways made our experience in Gran Canaria unforgettable. Firstly, the service received from the day of the reservation till the day we left the apartment was simply perfect. The apartment was very beautiful and clean. It was more than what we expected for what we payed. We will surely repeat with them!
