Hi Christine - I see you recently purchased an AirSense 10 Adapter from our company for a SoClean 2 you must have purchased elsewhere. If you need help getting that Adapter to work correctly, we can help. You simply need to take the gasket from the original lid and place that in the new lid (Adapter). That will solve your issue. I'm sorry if the instructions provided by the manufacturer were not clear.

My sister gave me a SoClean machine last November as a pay forward on the one their daughter had given my brother-in-law. I liked mine so well, I ordered two more for our son and daughter from you in December. Last month my husband decided he wanted one for his CPAP also. So I ordered the third one from you.
