Rafael is simply amazing! I feel so much comfortable and confident with him. I was able to express my concerns regarding some specific aspects without any hesitation. And so discovering and trying for a first time a CPAP machine is so much easier than expected.

I ordered Bongos Rx. The ordering process for the item was straightforward. The item was delivered in good time from Canada. The Bongos Rx have been a welcomed alternative to torturous CPAP therapy and work surprisingly well.

Easy to order my replacement hose and accessories

Good price. No tariff or duty charges for shipping to my US address. Free shipping. Prompt delivery. And I did not have to obtain a prescription from a gatekeeper MD (which is required when buying from US sellers). The product itself is so far not working out but TBD.

I was unsure originally that the product was priced incorrectly but no it was the correct price. I live in the UK so thought that the shipping would be expensive but no free shipping on this order.
Arrived as stated good product will be ordering a spare shortly.
