I recently purchased a mattress on ebay, I had no problem with the ordering to delivery process whatsoever, and left glowing feedback on ebay, I should have waited until the mattress was tried out. The mattress was good quality for the money, you get what you pay for, it didn't look like the picture on Ebay and after measuring it, it's definately not the size advertised, even after leaving it to breathe for 24 hours, it's only 7inches, but never the less I was initially very pleased. It's OK for a spare bedroom and that's where it went, I decided to try it out and sleep on it, the most uncomfortable sleep, it was so thin, definately not plush as advertised. All I will say is you pay your money and take your chances. I would give thought on buying a mattress on line again, unless it's a well known make. As I said can't fault the service provided, the mattresses are what they are. If your looking for a budget buy and know its not going to be superior quality I didn't have a problem with Bedbustersuk service, but maybe they should review their advertisements.

This company employs deceptive practices, which appear to be ongoing based on other customer feedback. They often send incorrect items, and when you try to return them, they issue a return label that cannot be used for larger or heavier items. They will then arrange a pickup, but to delay the process, they insist that the return window must expire, combined with a 5-day refund processing time after the pickup. This strategy seems designed to allow them to request eBay’s involvement and close the case in their favor, claiming the return was not completed.

To protect yourself, take clear photos of the collection process, including the car's license plate and how the items are loaded, as proof of collection. Submit these images to eBay to show that the items were picked up. Don’t be misled by their seemingly friendly and helpful phone calls—they’re just trying to appear customer-oriented. When you ask for a refund, instead of processing it, they will often request eBay to step in and close the case, citing a failed return. If this happens, you’ll need to appeal the decision with eBay, who will review the messages and ultimately issue a refund.

I purchased a riser recliner chair last year from this company and it recently broke just inside of the one year guarantee. I contacted them and sent a picture of the bar that snapped and they organised a replacement very quickly with fantastic communication and friendly staff. I highly recommend this company the product's are very good for a very competitive price, I'd have no hesitation in buying from them again in the future. Thank you for making the replacement so easy.

One to avoid, at all costs; liars, fraudsters.

Bought a mattress from them on eBay, then reaiized the ir description / claims were false, so I asked to cancel and refund. They admitted their listing contained numerous falsehoods, agreed to cancel and refund, but said the refund would somehow take 5 days to process; what??!! all they had to do was click their "refund" paypal button. But it gets worse. Instead of cancelling the order on eBay, they clicked despatched, clearly to avoid eBay refunding MY money immediately. Despetched huh? But no tracking numberr ofor their stated DHL next day delivery. Had they sent it, I would have refused / returned it as Not as Described of course. But, they never sent it; it was a ruse to delay refunding me (Hmmmm; think BIG cash flow / financial problems). They admit it was not sent and repeat their promise to refund within 5 days, BUT HAVE NOT. Now I have to wait until I can ask eBay to step in.
