Sleeping Bunnies has been life changing…
Sleeping Bunnies has been life changing we’ve had 22 months of very little sleep and 5 plus wakes a night and lots of night feeds and since starting sleeping bunnies our little boy now enjoys sleep and going in his cot and for the first time in nearly 2 years his started sleeping through the night and bedtime is so much easier he now goes to sleep singing. We feel like new people and are so pleased the process has worked! We would recommend sleeping bunnies to anyone who’s struggling to get little ones to sleep even if a few years down the line. Karlie has been so helpful throughout and given support as and when we need it! We will definitely be using sleeping bunnies again when baby number 2 arrives! Sleeping Bunnies saved us!
Sleeping Bunnies have saved us in so many ways - my partner and I first reached out when we were below rock bottom and Anna and Karlie have been by our sides ever since. They truly have saved us, they’ve helped us feel “us” again and have pulled us out of a very dark place.
We found out we were having a baby shortly after I lost my Mum. I didn’t have time to grieve, we just ploughed on through so excited by our new arrival. She has been a true blessing for us.
For the first few months sleep was fine, what would be expected from a new born. And then, after about 4 months something just changed. Our little girl needed constant touch, constant feeding and this would be 24/7. For the first few months of this we kind of just went along with it but as time went on my partner and I became more and more sleep deprived. I was beginning to feel darker emotions and a lot of hurt was resurfacing and I was desperate for some sleep. We tried everything we thought we could, having read lots and lots online. We kept going like this for quite some time, celebrating when she’d sleep an hour stint in the night, co sleeping and contact napping in the day. Things got progressively more difficult and we were losing the will, with no idea how to resolve it. When you’re so tired, you cannot see the way forward.
My partner contacted Anna just before 18 months. We so wish we had done this sooner. Within a few months Anna and Karlie helped us turn our 14+ wakes a night into our little girl sleeping confidently in her own room, in her cot and sleeping through the night. If she doesn’t sleep through, it’s one or two wakes - that’s it! It’s manageable and resolved quickly with a little “shhh”. We probably could have achieved this quicker too but Karlie really respected how emotional I was around sleep, loss and my mental health. She listened to me so thoroughly and got to know our little girl well. We took a slow and steady approach and moved from co sleeping and feeding to sleep, each sleep or wake, to her being in her cot and drifting off peacefully, independently. There were minimal tears and, if there was, Karlie explained why and also all of the science behind sleep so I didn’t feel the element of guilt that I think I held on to for so long.
Our little girl is thriving - she now loves her sleep and so do we!!! We’ve gone from being ill most weeks, feeding to sleep and dreading our nighttimes to planning our wedding, my partner securing an amazing new job and having summery drinks in the garden. I used to go to bed at 6/7 in hopes that I’d gain one hour of sleep before she woke - I haven’t a fear around bedtime or sleep now and I feel so much more confident about it too. Karlie supported us to make little tweaks that has a whole huge amount of impact.
Anna and Karlie have been a huge part of our year and we will forever be grateful to them. They became like extended family for a short period of time, chatting to us most days to support us and check in. We couldn’t appreciate them more. If you’re hesitant at all to book, please take this as your message to do so. In a few days/ weeks time you’ll be looking back and realise you wished you’d done it sooner.

Sleeping bunnies magic
After months of bouncing, singing, and rocking to sleep, split nights, very early mornings and contact naps trapped in a dark nursery, our relationship and experience of parenthood were suffering. Karlie’s support was exactly what we needed to make positive changes to our 11-month old’s sleep habits. Within two weeks he was self-settling, sleeping through the night consistently and taking two solid naps in his cot, all by himself. We honestly never thought we’d see the day and our little boy is so much happier. We only wish we’d called sleeping bunnies months ago.

We first started working with Sleepy Bunnies a year ago having survived 14 months of being woken every 40 minutes and co-sleeping. After returning to work this just wasn't sustainable and wasn't making us or the baby happy. Rachel guided us ever so gently through several stages to move us to a much much better place which was manageable and therefore revolutionary to our existence.
A year on we have just finished another bolt on package with Rachel as sleep had become really tricky for us again with many many night wakes and a very unhappy boy. Once again we have gently made changes that have quietly transformed his sleep and our existence and I finally feel back 'in the land of the living'. The difference it has made to my mental and physical health is huge. We still have an antisocially early riser, but we have a path to keep us working on that and compared to where we were 6 weeks ago I feel like a different person.
Working with the Bunnies is like having your own personal Sleep PT/Therapist - tailoring the overwhelming noise around sleep into something that fits your family, holding your hand through the process and helping you to stay on track making adjustments and tweaks where necessary. Our 9 month old decided to start waking at 4am every morning, everything we tried wasn’t working and I was honestly at my wits end. The anxiety of him waking so early consistently was really stressful! We were recommended through a friend who has had amazing success with her three children. Anna was so reassuring from the onset which immediately put me at ease! Within a short period of time trying the recommended strategies and committing to the process, we now have a sleeping baby with no crazy early wakes and consistent day napping. And once again, we are saved by the marvellous sleep guru that is Anna Knight. Is there any sleep related question she DOESN’T know the answer to? This is the second time working with Anna, the first she changed our lives when our first born was 6 months old. She got him sleeping so perfectly and in turn - we were able to catch up on sleep which as we all know is immeasurable for any parents. My son who is now 13 months old has been down to two naps for a while. We thought he was showing signs of needing to drop to one (which we really didn’t want and weren’t ready for) but of course having contacted the lovely Anna, we discovered quite the Oppersite. He still needed his 2 naps- phew and all that was needed was tweaks to his daytime sleep. We were SO thrilled to have Anna support our family for the second time around. Her way of assessing and advising is given in the most caring, non judgemental way which makes the whole process enjoyable. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without the 1:1 support package. The only thing I’d do differently next time is book sleeping bunnies sooner! This time around was even easier than the first as we were already at ease knowing she’d be able to help- I am yet to ask a question/ present her with an issue she hasn’t come across or have the answer to. I am flawed at her knowledge on Infant sleep so much so I have become obsessed myself and I am deeply grateful for her patience. As we all know, baby’s have their bad days as much as good and when things don’t go according to plan it makes such a difference to be supported by Anna who is so genuine and patient in finding the solution/pattern that works. She has been a complete crutch to me and my family in our baby sleep journey and we rely solely on her for all our sons sleep needs. Small tweaks have massive results
Kelly was a pleasure to work with. She was empathetic to our needs as a family and worked with us to help tweak our current routine and educate us on the science around sleep in little ones. Through her methods we went from 3-4 wakes ups a night and a baby who would scream for 45mins when you put her down for a nap, and fed to sleep, to a happy baby who falls asleep peacefully by herself in her cot, no tears, and is now sleeping through the night. I was amazed at the impact small changes had on Isabella’s sleep and it’s been transformative for us as a family. Bedtime is now such an enjoyable experience with my children as I’m no longer trapped in a room trying to soothe a screaming child. Thank you to Kelly and sleeping bunnies for all your help and support.

Our sweet little baby would not settle in his cot for naps, only taking contact naps andwe were having 3+ wake ups a night - feeding/shushing/patting back to sleep each time.
During our time working with Kristie we had teething, illness and our baby learnt to crawl and pull up to standing. Despite all of that we now have a baby who will happily nap in his cot and can settle himself. Our sleep is much improved and we have so much more confidence and knowledge around his sleep. We know how to get back on track if any issues disrupt his sleep, and when things don’t quite go to plan there is always a plan B to ensure our baby isn’t overtired.

We added the ‘slumber’ add on to our original sleep training package to help our 11 month old daughter who was struggling to self settle through a developmental leap. Having Karlie on board again has been a game changer, wish we’d done it sooner!
Life Changing
We started working with Sleeping Bunnies when our daughter was 5 months old, but most recently purchased an add on package as we run into sleep trouble again during the ever so tricky time of dropping down to one nap. Our sleep coach, Rachel, jumped right back into our lives (thank goodness!) and adapted our routine in the most gentle way - as before, our experience was 10/10, Rachel worked at our (and our daughters) pace, and we never felt rushed, the support is honestly amazing. We’ve gone from initially co-sleeping and many many sleepless/broken nights, to sleeping through the night, in her own bed, and although our daughter isn’t yet doing everything on her own, we’ve been provided with the best tools in order to continue our journey and so much wisdom in how to navigate sleep struggles in the future.

Worst experience of my parenting journey so far
I thought long and hard for a very long time, whether to write a review or not. However, after working with a different sleep company after Sleeping Bunnies and having a very different experience, I can confirm that working with Sleeping Bunnies was my worst parenting decision. When I rang incredibly sleep deprived they said between 10 and 12 weeks was the best time to teach my baby to self settle and he was already 11 weeks so to start straight away. They didn’t take into account him as an individual all the fact he had allergies and silent reflux. I won’t go into details, but when my baby could no longer make a sound from the amount he screamed and them telling me to keep going with their sleep training methods I couldn’t bear it anymore. After a month of more sleep deprivation, I reached out to another sleep consultant and she was incredible. Truly got to know my baby and instantly his sleep massively improved and very quickly started sleeping through the night. Highly recommend sleep consultants like Emily at Snoozy Sleep or Kat at The Sleeping Co.

We were recommended Sleeping Bunnies by friends who had used them. We had been working with a previous sleep trainer for our 7 month old daughter and although she was no longer being fed to sleep her daytime naps had fallen off a cliff, so she was overtired as a result and we weren’t happy with the advice we were being given to remedy this. What appealed to me was our friends said Sleeping Bunnies’ approach was really collaborative, which definitely proved to be the case. We worked with Kelly and focused a lot on wake windows during the day to work out what was right for our daughter to get naps back on track. Kelly also helped us to transition from 3 to 2 naps during the consultation period. At the end of the 4 week period our daughter had transitioned to 2 naps, one of which was at least 1.5 hours long. Our daughter is now getting the sleep she needs and I feel we have the knowledge on wake windows and sleepy cues to support her sleep going forwards. Kelly was great to work with and very reassuring when I worried we might not be able to get naps back on track. I cannot recommend sleeping bunnies highly enough.

Brilliant experience with Kelly from Sleeping bunnies, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone need support with their babies sleep. Kelly supported us every step of the 4 week sleep plan and has given us the confidence to continue. Our 17 month old was struggling with sleeping through the night. In the space of 4 weeks we have gone from a little one who would only sleep while being fed and cuddled and waking multiple times a night to a little one who settles herself in her own cot and sleeps all through the night. I didn’t think it was possible! This was all achieved with a a plan that fitted our family and that we were comfortable with. Thank you Kelly!
Incredible Team with sleep training method that works for us
We got in touch with Sleeping Bunnies when our little was 9 months old.
She is breastfed and would wake multiple times to feed back to sleep and we also co slept.
It was at the point where I didn't feel safe to have her in our bed on her own when we were not going to bed yet with her being quite mobile.
We worked with Karlie who is absolutely amazing. She would make sure she answered our questioned and helped us getting through nap and bedtime.
You won't have to leave your baby to cry to sleep. It is a very attentive sleep training method.
I'm not saying it's going to be easy but with work we have put in and so much help from Sleeping bunnies, we now have a baby who sleeps through the night and can self settle.

Amazing experience working with Sleeping Bunnies
Such an amazing experience working with Sleeping Bunnies over the past month. My wife and I had a lovely introductory call with Karlie where she took the time to understand our requirements and explained things in a friendly and conversational manner. We made subtle tweaks to the bedtimes, wake windows and naps that had a profound impact on our daughter's sleeping patterns. She now sleeps nearly 12 hours each night! Karlie was there on hand throughout the month with any queries we had - very quick to respond. I would highly recommend and definitely use again

We have been working with Anna and Karlie to help our twin boys learn to self settle, and improve their naps and overnight sleeping and we just cannot believe the improvement in a short space of time.
One of our boys in particular was really struggling with his sleep, he had a rocky first 6 months and was so used to being held and rocked to sleep that I thought he would never self settle but working with Anna and Karlie and their gentle and responsive approach, he managed on day 1 and has continued to every day since.
I used to dread naps when I had the boys on my own, often defaulting to walking for hours in all weather as the pram was an easier option - but I can now rely on both boys falling asleep on their own for longer naps in their cots.
It’s honestly a struggle to put into words the impact working with Anna and Karlie has had on our lives, they have been just incredible. Thank you both so so much for your expert advice, patience and kindness - you have truly changed our lives and we are now able to embrace and enjoy this special time with our boys.
Amazing support
I have received the most amazing support from Anna and Karlie. Having used Sleeping Bunnies in the past for my eldest two children, I knew to get in touch early this time. When my youngest was born I attended the Newborn workshop over at Bunnies in the Woods, which helped me to lay the foundations for great sleep habits . Then, at 10 weeks old, I had 1:1 support to establish a great sleep routine where we met his awake/sleep windows, Within a few days he was able to self settle (it just shows how awake windows are so important). We now have a happy 3 month old who settles to sleep with ease he is now able to self settle beautifully and loves his sleep space and sleeps a 10 hour chunk at night!!!!!
