Karlie was great
Karlie was great. I was breastfeeding my 8 month old child to sleep for every nap and bedtime and we had multiple wake ups throughout the night and split nights. Now he happily self settles and sleeps through the night with just one dream feed. My child is better rested and I’m getting more sleep too. I did adapt some of the advice to make it work for us and our daily life but having Karlie’s support was brilliant.
Sleeping Bunnies changed our lives!
We went to Sleeping Bunnies because we were really struggling to get our 16 month old to sleep and then when they did sleep they would wake up several times throughout the night. Me and my partner were at breaking point. We spoke to Karlie and she got to know us and came up with a plan that respected our breastfeeding journey and gentle parenting style. She also educated us on infant sleep so we knew the “why” behind what we were doing. Within a couple of nights our baby’s sleep (and ours!) was completely transformed! Karlie was so empathetic and understanding while also being so positive and encouraging. The whole process has completely changed our lives for the better. Our baby is sleeping more so they are happier throughout the day.

Support from Rosy at Sleeping Bunnies has been completely life changing. Not only are we coming back to life with a bit more sleep, we’ve learned tips to navigate our babies ever changing sleep needs, setting him up for better sleeping well beyond when our support officially ended.
We got in touch when our son was 5 months old and feeling frazzled. He would only sleep for 1-2 hours at a time at night (on a good night!) and refused his cot, contact napping in the day and sleeping with us at night. He’s only be fed or rocked to sleep. A stubborn boy!
Rosy got to know our circumstances, what we wanted to achieve and what we were comfortable with doing (not cry it out!) and for the first week we spent time introducing new sleep associations and fine tuning our routine. In the second week, we got him sleeping in the cot from day 1 and haven’t looked back since! The gentle method worked wonders and we couldn’t have done it without her guidance and encouragement.
He’s now 9 months old and is able to self settle, sleep for 8-10 hours at a time at night…we’ve also had a few sleep throughs and naps are no longer a battle. Something inconceivable a couple of months ago. We’ve been able to work through the 8 month sleep regression, 3-2 nap translation and a few other bumps in the road using the tools we’ve learned.
Thank you so much. We recommend Sleeping Bunnies to anyone struggling with sleep and are at a point they want to do something about it. It will require some hard work and patience, but it is so worth it.

We approached sleeping bunnies with our 8 month old baby girl who generally was a ‘good’ sleeper. With maternity leave coming to an end, we wanted to make sure that our baby could self soothe in order to sleep at the childminders without our assistance as well as stop any wakes in the night before work the next morning! We felt it was our duty as parents to ensure our baby had the best sleep routines and we had done as much as we can to create a healthy relationship with sleep.
Karlie has been friendly, professional and reassuring every step of the way. We now have a baby who happily sleeps at the childminders; who sleeps through the night but most importantly will just go to sleep on her own without relying on us. No more feeding to sleep or rocking her around the room! Karlie was on hand via WhatsApp whenever we needed- any questions, general timing advice and even watching videos from our monitor.
We would 1000% recommend Sleeping Bunnies to any parent; wherever you are in your baby’s sleep journey. We started out thinking we were a little silly asking for advice when we knew parents struggling a lot more than us but now we are so glad that with Sleeping Bunnies advice, what seemed like small changes to us at the time have been lifechanging!

Sadly didn't work for us
We approached sleeping bunnies with caution after being disappointed with a sleep consultant in the past. Our 20 month old has always been a bad sleeper, waking multiple times in the night for varying lengths of time and always rising early.
We were sceptical they would be able to help us, but we felt desperate and are adamant we don't want to leave him to cry it out, so we thought we'd give them a try.
Sadly after three months of working with them, trying various nap timings, bed times, soothing techniques and ditching the dummy we are unfortunately no better off.
I feel like the sleeping bunnies team did genuinely try to help, and went above and beyond for us, but sadly it wasn't a success for us. Personally I felt there was too much emphasis put on early bedtimes, which never did us any favours.
A reminder that this isn't a miracle cure for everyone.

Karlie is a star and we now have a sleeping baby! We had struggled to get a good night’s sleep for almost 18 months and we’ve finally cracked it. We were keen to avoid leaving our daughter to cry too much and wanted to be able to respond in a way that worked for us as parents. Karlie was great at supporting us through this and giving us all the knowledge and confidence we needed to get our daughter sleeping through the night in her own cot. Structure and routine is key!
The consultants are always really attentive, helpful and insightful when it comes to sleep for toddlers. Understanding the science behind sleep was super interesting.
We had constant communication from the consultants over Whatsapp and even on the days they weren't working, they still responded to us - as well as listening to our moans and groans on certain bad nights.
Our daughter is 3 years old and she's constantly waking up every night, disrupting our evenings and the only precious downtime we have. They helped us approach this problem with new bedtime tactics and strategies that we never thought to use previously.
Our daughter is very strong willed, so although this new routine is still a work-in-progress with her, it's good to know that we have a solid structure in place to fall back on :)
Saved our sanity!
This was our second time using Sleeping Bunnies, and yet again it felt like our fairy godmother had swooped in to guide us through this tricky stage. Our son was around 18 months old this time and was waking every couple of hours through the night wanting to be held and fall back asleep on us, and myself and my husband were at rock bottom, we were just exhausted, we had had a few weeks of getting about 2.5 hours sleep and knew things had to change. Anna saw immediately things that could help and gave us some tips, and we agreed to work through this over a longer period to give our son time to adapt. He certainly threw some challenges at us and Anna was brilliant at adapting to manage this, for example climbing out of the cot in his sleeping bag (!). We are now three months along and the improvements are huge. We still get the early wakings so these are a work in progress, but generally we might have one and sometimes if we are lucky no wakings in the night.
The thing that has drawn us back to Sleeping Bunnies each time is that they tailor everything to you and tweak things as you go and they can see what is/isn’t working. They know their stuff and the science that goes with it and you never feel patronised or silly for the situation you are in or the questions you are asking. I feel now we have the tools to manage on our own and I can assure you with baby number 2 on the way we will be calling on them again. Anna, Rachel and Rosy thank you for saving our sanity!

Our only regret is not reaching out to sleeping bunnies SOONER! My husband and I are both first time parents. Our breastfed baby slept fairly well from early on so we naively thought we’d hit lucky!…we had always fed to sleep or rocked/ shushed to sleep with no regular nap times as we never established putting him down unaided..Enter the 4 month sleep regression. We really were at our lowest point of sleep deprivation with the baby waking 3-4 times a night for a couple of months before hitting rock bottom and reaching out for help. We were lucky enough to have the lovely Anna support us. Anna is a mother herself so made no question too silly to ask and made us both feel completely at ease about what we we’re about to get him doing (sleeping) at first I thought this is amazing and I really
Want to believe it but since he’d only ever cried when we put him down without aid, and is rather strong willed, I was desperate to be proven wrong.
The greatest thing of the whole package was the constant support from Anna. for setting the first nap of the day,
she was with us every step of the way and was able to talk us through the best times to intervene by watching the monitor herself and also was a cheerleader on the first day in moments I thought he’s just not going to buy this! I am still in dismay that setting
His nap schedule Only took the best part of one day. Anna tailor made his schedule and by the end of day 1 he was self soothing and has been ever since. Everyone needs this type of 1;1’sleep coach. I can’t stress enough that out baby went from waking 3-4
Times a night, took up to an hour of breastfeeding or rocking to get to sleep and now, after 4 weeks, he has 3 good naps a day with a 5.45pm bedtime and sleeps through the night!
Working with sleeping bunnies has honestly changed our lives, not only has our sleep deprivation ended but our baby is so much more content! It just shows they are all capable they just need the right kind of help! Thank you Anna and all that you do - we are forever in your debt! Next time around, I will book onto the newborn course so we can hit the ground running right away! X

We used sleeping bunnies with both our girls and I cannot rate them high enough! Kristie is so knowledgable and really explains the background behind it.
From those early months supporting with the right wake windows to optimise night time stretches was invaluable.
The tools and techniques learnt can then be used to assist with any sleep bumps and regressions to get things quickly back on track.

I want to start by saying how appreciative we are of our sleep angel / sorceress, Rosy. I don’t think there are enough words to describe how elated we are with the progress made. What an absolute delight it has been to work with Rosy from start to finish - we cannot recommend her highly enough.
Our 10 month old son went from NEVER sleeping a full night in his cot from when we attempted to transition from 8 months, co-sleeping during the heat wave and unable to break this cycle for 6 weeks, feeding to sleep from 5 months and waking 5-10+ a night to feed….., to sleeping in his cot ALL NIGHT from the day we began working with Rosy at Sleeping Bunnies. Since then, he has learned to self-settle like an absolute champ, waking 1-2 times max. for feeds at night, 1-2 times more while teething / going through developmental leaps or regressions and has even slept through the night on multiple occasions. We are so pleased we went for it - our only gripe is that we wish we would have started working with Rosy a lot sooner!
In addition to the sleep, bearing in mind our son was pretty much ebf for 10.5 months, he very quickly went on to eating 3 whole meals a day and now also has snacks in addition to this - we never thought we’d see the day!!! The process has quite literally been life changing!
We feel confident that we have the tools to help us get through any future transitions / sleep regression thanks to this process.

Everybody says you never get any sleep with a newborn but for us thanks to Anna that has certainly not been the case! She's now 4 months old and is self soothing for all her daytime naps and bedtime and sleeping 8-10 hour stretches at night! Good, effective sleep coaching
I was initially skeptical on how helpful sleep coaching could be for us. Our nearly 6 month old baby was struggling a bit, needing our support to fall asleep during the day and for the night, although not as bad as some of the stories we hear about. Still, as we were both going back to work, the prospect of being able to put the little one on her cot still awake and seeing her fall asleep independently was quite attractive.
Our sleep coach was Kelly. She initially helped us with adjusting the wake windows to prevent over-tiredness, which immediately led to a reduction in the struggle to get her to nod off. Then came the actual sleep training, which was very gentle, with great support and coaching from Kelly. We now have a baby who gets into her cot in a content state, plays with her bunny for a few minutes, then naps for up to 2 hours during the day, and only wakes up during the night for a feed (which we are happy to maintain for now).
Sleeping Bunnies is well worth the money, their service is tailored to your needs and they offer quality support throughout.
We couldn’t be happier with Sleeping Bunnies
When we approached Sleeping Bunnies we had a 10 month old who would only sleep in his pram on the move. We had spent 10 months come rain, sun or storms walking in circles and had given up hope of him ever sleeping anywhere else. Add to this bedtimes that could take hours, only being able to feed to sleep and multiple wakes at night and we were feeling pretty lost!
Karlie was friendly, non judgemental and kind from the outset. The first nap after our initial consultation was in a stationary pram thanks to Karlie’s instant magic! We were taught how to layer sleep associations to give our baby new methods of falling asleep ready to make the move into his cot- and it worked!! Our baby can now be put into his cot awake for naps and bedtime and finds his own comfy spot ready to sleep. What a difference to a month ago!
We now have a happy and rested baby and we are happy, rested parents!
Karlie’s approach was gentle and collaborative throughout but with just the right level of encouragement when she could tell it was needed. Karlie was with us every step of the way, agreed a clear plan with us, responded quickly and gave thoughtful and practical advice. We can’t thank you enough, Karlie.
I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews before booking Sleeping Bunnies but I wish I had done it months ago. We feel empowered, confident and knowledgeable about our baby’s sleep needs now and have the skills to respond to any changes in the future. This is my third time using sleeping bunnies. We have previously used 1-1 consultancy and later down the line an add on for my first born. This time round we were able to purchase the ‘land of nod’ add on as I was a previous customer.
We have had support from the same sleep coach, Karlie, for the duration of the times we have needed support. Karlie is the most supportive and empowering coach we could wish for. Nothing is too much and she is always on the end of the phone.
Although my son still doesn’t sleep through the night fully, this was not our end goal. Karlie has supported us with suitable wake windows and a suitable routine/nap schedule for his age and how to adapt this as he gets older. Karlie also supported us with teaching him to self soothe. This was the biggest goal for us so he could have sufficient day time naps to be able to be to well rested and support his night time sleep. There knowledge of sleep and babies is worth every penny and more.
BEYOND LIFE CHANGING!
I really don’t know where to begin because no amount of words can express how thankful I am to Rosy and her amazing team for helping me through what felt like a bad time in my parenting journey. I started with Rosy when my 4 month old was going through sleep regression, he would only contact nap after being rocked to sleep and it had to be in a dark room, I would often do this for 4 hours of the day and it was really taking its toll mentally on me and physically. At night he would wake up frequently almost every 2 hours and we would have to co sleep every night after 4am to get him through. He would always catnap unless he was sleeping on me and I really didn’t get a break, which took a huge toll on my mental health and brought me to breaking point.
Rosy listened to how I felt and we created a plan to look into his wake windows and get those to their optimal and to also get my him to self settle.
Before my time with Rosy I would have never in a million years thought it would be possible for my baby to self settle but he does without assistance and often does longer naps than the 30 minutes he did previously. He also goes through the night with a dreamfeed in his cot and we no longer co sleep in the early hours.
Rosy was with me every step of the way. I also had the privilege of working with Sarah through my mental health struggles and she really allowed me to tackle that to be able to get the best possible outcome and I just can’t thank sleeping bunnies enough.
If you have any doubts like I first did, I promise you it is worth every single penny and it will truly change your life forever!

Kristie has been wonderful throughout and has allowed us to get our sleep back and have quality time on an evening.
Before the course I was co sleeping with our 8 month old and feeding/ rocking to sleep and she was waking multiple times a night, sometimes as much as every hour! After working with Kristie, our little girl is now sleeping in her own room in her cot and getting herself to sleep. We’ve also got day time nap routine which works really well and she seems so much happier too.

How can I give more then 5 stars?! Seriously- Rosy has done what we thought was impossible.
Our little man would wake for 2 hours in the night (minimum) and take 1-2 hours falling asleep at night and only if he was holding our hand.
After 2 weeks he was falling asleep himself within 10mins and sleeping through the night (FOR 12 HOURS)
The thought of laying him down awake and being able to leave the room for him to put himself to sleep was an absolute dream- now it’s what he does thanks to Rosy!! So patient, kind and supportive! I cannot recommend enough!
