I've seen improvements to the design over the years.
The video assisted setup/molding process was helpful.
I always use the maximun lower jaw forward setting as I snore heavily, but this does inevitable cause the wings to come lose or the side metal things to pop out. But a quick molding of extra material and some patch work n it usually is good for a while.
I've tried a few diff mouth devices and this is the one for me..will always continue to buy.

The mouth piece is very large
The mouth piece is very large, but it broke and they never sent a replacement. Very expensive for a failed experiment.

John, sorry it didn't work out but not sure why you decided to mold it yourself without utilizing the required molding support. You never had us help you shape it or size it. Then you stripped the thread and asked for a replacement. I sent you a replacement on my dime and then you leave a false negative review. USPS tracking #LZ616975664US

Always helpful
I replace my guard about every 9 months. They just get old. As always the Doctor and his team were excellent. The instructions are easy to follow and they’ll do a virtual fitting as well.

I was hoping the device would work
I was hoping the device would work. During the fitting, a part fell off the device, and the lower developed a large split. Time was taken during the session to repair the device, including calling in Dr H to figure it out. Before the device actually had a good fit, the session ended. During the fitting, it cut the corners of my mouth due to the size, and it was just too large to be comfortable. Dr. H offered to get it to fit, but I wasn’t interested in a pieced together device that may not last.
