Despite returning the mattress, I was very impressed with the company their customer service. They answered all of my questions well, and adhered to their return policy without any fuss.

I had a wonderful experience with this company and can confidently say their customer service is truly outstanding. I’ve ordered multiple mattresses from them, and while we did run into a bit of an issue with the firmness of one of the mattresses, the way they handled it made all the difference.

From the beginning, the team was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making things right. When I reached out with my concerns, they not only listened but took the time to explain the situation thoroughly and kindly. They went above and beyond by offering a replacement mattress, arranging free setup and removal, and even providing a refund to ensure I was fully satisfied.

I especially want to thank Karl for his clear communication, fairness, and kindness throughout the process. It's rare to find a company that stands behind its products and values its customers to this degree.

The mattresses themselves are high-quality, comfortable, and thoughtfully made from natural latex, which I really appreciate. I’m very happy with the final outcome and will absolutely continue to support this company in the future.

I purchased 2 KS latex toppers from them over the past 6 years. Doing the math, they each lasted about 3 years before losing their support & the back pain starts up again. If that works for you, have at it. They were excellent while they lasted but I expected more durability. I won't be buying a 3rd topper from them!

Bought a king size firm topper. A few months later ended up with all kinds of pains all our body. Topper doesn’t feel firm any more it’s like jello. Don’t recommend.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the king mattress topper we bought from this company. We had a somewhat hard mattress and I had been looking for a non toxic topper for a while. There are so many options out there in different price ranges but when I found this company I was ready to take a chance. (We chose the soft option.) They offer free returns which says something about how confident they are in their products. We were not disappointed! I feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud and it is the perfect topper to soften a hard mattress. Highly recommend!

We have purchased our first King-size firm latex mattress from SleepOnLatex about 5 year ago, as both me and my husband were having low back issues with our Beauty Sleep springs & foam conventional bed. Yes, the latex edition is really heavy, and yes, it took us about a week to get accustom to its firmness, but I could not believe the difference it made to our night sleep and overall body wellness! Love that thing ever since!

Last week I managed to ruin the mattress enclosure made of cotton and wool by washing it in the regular washing machine.... Despite my fears, it was a blink to get a replacement and not at a half-mattress price! The Customer Service was truly amazing by all means -- quick, professional and efficient. Great product with great service! 100% recommend.

Wow this company is stellar. It might be the best customer service I have ever experienced. I had to leave a review. Their product is amazing and if you need anything they respond very quickly and are incredibly helpful. You cannot go wrong ordering from them their return and exchange policy is stellar. 5 stars plus!

My husband and I have spent thousands of dollars on mattresses and toppers and never had success in finding one that was comfortable for both of us. UNTIL We tried the 2" soft latex topper. About 3 years ago we decided to upgrade our old coil mattress with a well known brand that was different layers of memory foam. At first it was great but after a few weeks we both felt like we were stuck in quicksand every time we tried to change positions. It was also full of indents where we laid (for reference sake I am 130 lbs and husband is 200 lbs) -so we took advantage of the return policy and went back to the store we purchased it at and exchanged it for a much firmer hybrid mattress. After a few nights we both agreed it was much too firm and our hips and shoulders agreed. We put that mattress in our guest bedroom and went and purchased another hybrid mattress that was a bit less firm. That worked for about 9 months and then we both started waking up stiff and sore. We then sought out a topper. Bought a 2" memory foam topper from a reputable company and paid over $300 for it. Again, it was great at first and then the sinking in quicksand feeling and the indents started and made it difficult to switch positions. Both husband and I are primarily side sleepers. I did hours of research on mattress toppers before deciding on the 2" latex topper. I was hesitant to order but with such a generous return policy I figured it was worth a try and it was reasonably priced.
1). The ordering process was easy and shipping was extremely quick! 2). Set up was very easy and to our surprise the topper had no odor, as I had read about in some of the reviews. We did order ours with the jersey topper which is very nice. I allowed it to set on our bed until that evening when I put the sheets on and eagerly climbed into bed. 3). The feel was pure bliss! I can't describe the softness but yet buoyant feel this topper offered. It felt plush but there was no stuck feeling whatsoever and we could both roll from side to side with ease. We both slept so well and woke up feeling better than we've felt in months! This topper also sleeps much cooler in my opinion. The memory foam always felt like it trapped the heat and slept much warmer than this wonderful latex topper. 4). I am giving a totally honest review of this topper and I'm not being compensated for this review. It really has made a difference in both mine and my husband's quality of sleep. If you have an uncomfortable mattress I highly suggest giving this topper a try.

I bought a medium firmness, twin mattress, 2 inch topper with a cover and I really really enjoy it.

I may be a bit biased though because I have been sleeping on the floor for 2 years now. I have slept in my new latex mattress about 6 times now and I the only thing I hate is waking up!

I bought 2 toppers from them, a 2-inch medium and a 1-inch soft, to cover my HQ lux foam from foambymail, which was way hard. I really like both of the toppers and they haven't degraded at all. I think having a 2-inch soft would have been better for my bed, but I do like my bed for how firm and flat it is. That it is natural and biodegradable is a plus. The 1-inch topper does tend to bunch toward one size of the cover that came with it, like it's a little bit too small to fit inside, but I never contacted the company and I really have no complaints with their service or product quality.

I've had my 3" soft topper from Sleep on Latex for at least 2 years and love it as much today as when it arrived. It brought my springless, all latex mattress from another company back to life and saved me a lot of money. I called ahead to get their recommendation and they were spot on. No more sore hips!

Hands down this is the best mattress topper that I ever had. Their staff helped me choose the right mattress topper for my back condition and it's working like a charm. My back is improved tremendously, pain is mostly gone. I like the honesty of their staff, they don't try to sell me the most expensive ones, but advised me to buy the RIGHT one for my back condition. They even said I can use it within a month, if it's not working, I can either exchange or even get a full refund and return shipping is also FREE.
With a great product and customer service like that, what's not to love?

Customer service ignored my return request. I made 3 attempts at contacting them. Obviously, the product was not desirable either (it was being returned).

Amazing product, great customer service. I wish more people know and understand these types of bed products…would mitigate so much unnecessary pains.

I've had nothing but good experiences with SleepOnLatex so far. Got really into the idea of a natural option for bedding and started researching latex. My wife and I ended up buying a new latex mattress but from a separate company. However, we wanted a topper, which that company didn't offer, so we landed on a SleepOnLatex 2" firm topper. We tried the topper for a week, but it ended up being too firm for our taste. It sat in our extra room for a couple weeks, and I think we even had it a couple days past their trial period, but they were gracious enough to still offer a return. Then, the original mattress we purchased wasn't working for us, so we returned that and naturally decided to try SleepOnLatex's mattress instead. We've had it for almost a year, and it has been wonderful. Extremely comfortable and good to our bad backs. Since that purchase, I've also ordered a soft topper and a pillow. Both have also been so soft and nice to use. I think overall it is a much better experience and comfort level to that of memory foam.

One strange but honest concern from me is the lower prices compared to all of their competitors. Maybe this is a great thing and they don't overcharge, maybe they cut more corners than other companies. I guess time will tell. Also, their bed/pillow covers are organic cotton, but the latex is not. I don't even know if the latex can be certified organic, but I've seen other brands claim their's is.

And the bed I've put together with their topper and some puffier things on top has given me the best sleep I've had in eons.

This is one company I would 100% recommend to family and friends. I’ve worked with them many times over the years, including again recently. Their customer service, pricing, and ethical business practices are second to none! And the products are top quality. Little to no motion transfer, unlike other more expensive latex mattresses I’ve tried.
