Scam site! Took my money, it has been over 2 months and the items are still being prepared for dispatch. No response to emails at all, save yourself the hassle of trying to make a claim back!

It has been 21 days since I ordered the pillows and it hasn’t even shipped yet. I have been emailing their “support” line for 2 weeks but no response from them ever. My invoice says I have 1 pillow coming but it was a buy1 get1 free deal which got me to purchase in the 1st place. Has to be a scam. There’s no possible way to contact them. I’m disputing the charge and getting a new card sent to me. I don’t trust this

Ordered from this company. It has been 3 months and no pillow. Contacted the company, no response. Do not trust this website or company. Learn from my mistake. It must be a scam, since they don't respond to anything when you try to contact them.

Ordered pillow and cases from SleepPillow. Paid up front. Still waiting for order to ship after one week. No response to email inquiry. No phone number provided. Now assuming company is scam.
