It does work! Just be patient and do the work!
Before joining Sleep Science Academy, I struggled with insomnia for nearly two years, some months much worse than others. I tried CBT and every supplement I could find, but nothing worked. I felt like I had run out of options. Despite the high upfront cost, I decided to fully commit and give it a real shot. Working with my coach, Emily, made all the difference. She became my rock, checking in on me regularly, and always there when I needed guidance. I would email her often, sharing how I felt, asking for advice, and leaning on her support between our sessions.
What I came to realize is that my insomnia was deeply tied to the level of stress I was under as an entrepreneur. Sleep Science Academy gave me the tools to manage that stress. For me, it became clear: when my stress was under control, I could sleep.
The tools I used evolved throughout the program. About a month in, my work load intensified significantly, and Emily helped me navigate everything I was feeling. She also encouraged me to speak with Devin. I had an hour-long call with him, and honestly, words can’t fully capture the impact he had on me.
Between Emily and Devin, something shifted almost overnight. I was finally able to let go, and sleep came naturally.
Now, three weeks later, I’m still practicing what I learned and working to make it part of my daily routine. In my case, this journey wasn’t really about insomnia, it was about stress. Once I learned how to release it, the insomnia followed. This course is all about the mind and how powerful it is. I’ll admit, I didn’t fully understand it at first, but Emily helped me clear through the noise so I could truly apply what I was learning.
