We would like to assure you that we have made no changes to our bears within the last year, sometimes the bears can appear slightly visually different but they are still the effective bear our customers love. We make hundreds of thousands of gummies at a time and occasionally during our manufacturing process some variations can occur between gummies. This can lead to a small percentage of bears being shaped differently or smaller than others. However the potency of the bears is still the same because of the concentration we use for our infusion so even if a bear isn't perfectly sized or shaped it still has been weighed to have the same sleepy bear potency. We make sure that any bears under minimum acceptable potency/weight ratio are removed from the final packaged line, sometimes smaller seeming ones make it through and while they visually might not be as pretty they will still deliver the Sleepy Bear experience our customers expect.
We are sorry you felt that the order was not up to the quality you normally get from us and we would be happy to look into it further and get a replacement order for the affected gummies. We look forward to your response and hope you have been having a great weekend.
Update: Customer was contacted and offered a free full order replacement for their order (90ct gummy). Customer said they no longer could return the order for the replacement. Customer has not responded to requests to clarify on how many gummies they thought were undersized so that Sleepy Bear could send a complimentary replacement package for the affected items.
In response to this customers claim that they felt the product was not the same as previous received items, we have took it upon ourselves to perform random inventory sampling of our products for lab testing and confirmation of potency. We are happy to say that as of Feb 16, 2023 we can with lab proof show that the products in question are exactly the same as previously received products in term of potency. Results will be available to public in our lab testing portal at sleepybeargummies.com/lab-results.

I have had the best experience with personal service.
I have had the best experience with this company. The shipment is always in a timely manner and correct. This last shipment was delayed, and an email was sent. Unfortunately, I did not look at my emails and got a little nervous because I was running short. I called and Kyle spoke to me directly. He was very helpful and so accommodating. He even sent me another email with a local store to help out in case I ran out completely. I have never had such personal service from a company. Thanks for all the good work Sleepy Bear. You are one in a million!

Zen bear post workout

Awesome company!
I spoke to the owner of the company at length about their products. He is extremely knowledgeable and cares about his customers and their experiences. I am using the Lady Bear product. As a 67 year old woman with terrible postmenopausal symptoms that mimic severe PMS, and after trying many other products, this one gets me through. I don't feel 100%, but I don't want to jump off a cliff either, which is a huge improvement! Great company with high degree of integrity.
