Inaccurate Delivery Time Delivery was supposed to take 3-4 days. 7 days later I’m still waiting. Good response to initial enquiry. Have requested a refund, but so far haven’t had a reply.

Haven’t seen the hammock stand as it…

Haven’t seen the hammock stand as it was delivered direct as a gift, but I understand it looks good. My only comments re SleepyHammocks is that as I had questions, I wanted to speak to a human, and contacting them to do that wasn’t quite as simple as I had hoped. However, when I did connect the guy was very helpful. I would have given full marks had the communication link been easier.

I can appreciate leaving a message isn't everyone's preferred way of getting in touch. As a small business, however, we're not able to have someone by the phone full time, but we do strive to get back to all phone messages and emails within an hour, including in the evening and at weekends.

The hammock stand arrived on the due date, it was easy to put together and is an ideal fit for the hammock I bought in Cambodia.

Found this hammock on another site

Found this hammock on another site, but bought it from Sleepy Hammock £30 cheaper! It was delivered very quickly, and is fantastic. This was a Fathers Day present for my husband, and he loves it, thank you very much

Brilliant SleepyHammock

SleepyHammock was brilliant from A to Z.
The first hammock I chose was out of stock, but Aaron was reactive and professional and offered me a great deal for the inconvenience I went through. I received my hammock just before the week end (in 2 days which was incredibly fast) and now I love it!
Truly recommend 100%

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I received the hammock and stand exactly when told. Also received a discount that allowed me to choose the hammock I wanted with a stand, rather than getting a different hammock. The hammock and stand are both excellent quality. Highly recommend.

Aaron at Sleepy Hammock was very …

Aaron at Sleepy Hammock was very helpful when the first hammock we bought was too big for our hammock stand. We received our replacement hammock very quickly, and our refund was processed straightaway. The new hammock is perfect and already well-used and much loved.
