I love this harness! I travel with my dog a ton during the summer and I was looking for a harness that I felt would keep my dog safer. It’s incredibly easy to use and looks pretty comfortable too. My dog was able to stand and lay down and sleeps just fine in it.

It took almost a week for my legitimate return to be approved.

This is the second seat belt harness I have purchased from SleepyPod, not because the first one malfunctioned or fell apart, but because I got a second dog!! That should tell you everything! I little too bulky in my opinion to be used for walking though, so we have different ones for that.
Great brand, great product.

1. bag is too tall for under seat on airplane
2. the top of bag doesn't have a flap to flip back and let dog stick their head out when not on the plane
3. if you open the entire top, you can't use the shoulder strap
4. where are the pockets?!!! This is a travel case, where am I supposed to put supplies?
5. honestly the worst design, not sure why the breeder even recommended this bag

No customer service!!

I paid $63 for express shipping on a $200+ order and they sent it with the standard one. As usual, the standard shipping gets delayed and now I won’t receive my package in time.

As soon as I noticed they shipped it with the standard shipping (which was 48 hours after placing the order) I immediately sent them an email asking for a solution, either change the shipping type or at least refund the extra I paid to have it on express. I chose DHL Express but they decided to send it with USPS. At checkout there were 3 options, USPS being the cheapest and DHL Express the most expensive (which is the one I paid for).

It has been several days and I have not heard from them. I also tried contacting their socials but nothing.

I hope you make this right.

This is an updated review from my initial post, reflecting their eventual response.

I purchased a dog harness from them in June . I measured several times and bought the smallest size but the one that was supposed to fit, according to the specs on their website. Alas, it did not; it was too big. I emailed them immediately about the problem, and to request a refund if there was no work-around for for the problem.

I received no response. I was contacted several weeks later and asked to provide a review on Trustpilot. I then reached back to the company and let them know I had given them a one star review due to their lack of response.

They emailed me back and requested that I provide proof that their product didn’t fit. I sent in photograph as of me measuring the dog to demonstrate that the dog was within their published fit parameters, photos showing that that straps and buckles were set to the tightest setting, and photos of the dog wearing the too-big harness. Even this process was not simple, as I needed to send the same photos in a second time, to the same email. I can only assume there is something fundamentally disorganized on their end.

However, once I provided them with proof that the harness did not fit, they did refund my money. And I am revising my review to 3 stars because of that.

Unfortunately, I’m reluctant to purchase from them again. They are well-known for their car-safety systems for pets. But I would have no confidence a question or an issue with a product would be addressed in a timely and appropriate way.

Resolving a relatively simple customer problem should not be a multi-week process.

This is just what I was looking for my trip with my new puppy. It is well made and very safe. He will be comfortable on his ride home.

Very fast shipping and the product looks exactly as promised. I do wish there was a more innovative or easier way to actually harness her into the actual car seatbelt. But my number one concern is ensuring our dog is safe and unharmed in the case of an accident, so Sleepypod was the best choice. I did my research and no other company can prove their product has passed safety exams, they just say "safety tested" but fail to mention they did not Pass the tests!
So we invested in this harness and I hope we never have to put it to the "real test". Love the assortment of colors too.

Product works

I bought The clickit harness online and followed their provided measurement instructions to purchase my dogs size. When it arrived the product was MASSIVE my dog is swimming in it. I honestly don’t think this harness will work for big chest dogs (ie boxer) given the way the measurements work. I should have known better and never purchased because their return/exchange policy is horrible. I spent $7.50 for shipping to me and when the product didn’t fit, I spent $20!!! Returning it to them. I would have preferred to exchange and try one size down but they don’t allow that, they want you to order again and pay for shipping again. Given that I don’t trust their measurements for my dog I won’t be buying it because I’d probably just be throwing another $30 down the drain on shipping. Really disappointed

I don't mind paying for shipping but when I pay for shipping I would expect the package in a few days....placed order and it did not ship for 4 days then took almost 6 to get to me. The old harness broke, and with weekly cancer treatments, we needed the harness

Well made. Fits perfectly. We feel good about our vacation knowing Zoey is secure!

Shipping was fast. But it’s surprising that there aren’t free returns given the cost of the products. The return process was a bit of a hassle. I also thought the sizing recommendations were off. Based on our cats’ weight (both 10.5 lbs), we bought two Atoms. WAY too small, which is why we had to return them for Airs.

These are a well made, quality pet harness. Unfortunately, the color I want for the harness was unavailable. I'm hoping XS, Pink harnesses are restocked soon. I was in a pinch, so I purchased what was available. I'm a repeat customer.
