Find another supplier!

Disastrous experience! Estimated delivery time for some bedsheets was 2-3 weeks. 7 weeks later and after chasing several times, they were still unable to provide an updated delivery time. I cancelled the order. In fairness they always responded quickly to my emails (unable to contact by phone) but I had to continually chase for an update. What a waste of time!

the worst experience ever in a lifetime!

the worst experience ever in a lifetime! We ordered table, which we paid for in advance (including delivery), has not been received so far. The goods were ordered in July, the promised deadline was 5-10 working days. customer service is disastrous, they respond every 4 weeks. they are not available by phone. avoid this company

Terrible shopping experience

The goods came late, were not delivered on the day I asked for and one day after delivery I was a threatened with inkasso ...

There are many shops selling the same products, I highly recommend buying somewhere else.

Slewo is a fraud.

Slewo is a fraud.

(1) Our item was delayed over 3 months.
(2) Our item arrived with the wrong parts and is not buildable.
(3) Our item was damaged in the shipping.
(4) Customer Service ignored us for 4 weeks.
(5) Customer Service will not return the item to the manufacturer or return our money.

The company has essentially stolen our money and left us with a defective, unusable product.

We chose them because they promised the fastest delivery. This was a lie to get us to book with them. They were never able to deliver as they promised.

After an initial negative online review, the "CEO" wrote to us and promised to deliver replacement parts if we removed the negative posting. Four months later, we still do not have the parts and they are trying to get us to pay for the parts and the shipping.

Please stay away from them.

(2) Unser Artikel ist mit den falschen Teilen angekommen und kann nicht gebaut werden.
(3) Unser Artikel wurde beim Versand beschädigt.
(4) Der Kundenservice hat uns 4 Wochen lang ignoriert.
(5) Der Kundenservice wird den Artikel nicht an den Hersteller zurücksenden oder unser Geld zurückgeben.

Das Unternehmen hat im Wesentlichen unser Geld gestohlen und uns ein defektes, unbrauchbares Produkt hinterlassen.

Wir haben sie gewählt, weil sie die schnellste Lieferung versprachen. Dies war eine Lüge, um uns dazu zu bringen, bei ihnen zu buchen. Sie konnten nie liefern, wie sie es versprochen hatten.

Nach einer ersten negativen Online-Rezension hat uns der "CEO" angeschrieben und versprochen, Ersatzteile zu liefern, wenn wir das negative Posting entfernen. Vier Monate später haben wir die Teile immer noch nicht und sie versuchen, uns dazu zu bringen, die Teile und den Versand zu bezahlen.

Bitte halten Sie sich von ihnen fern.

DO NOT BUY FROM SLEWO!

I can see a lot of negative reviews about Slewo on all review websites. It seems to be true they take money from anybody and don’t follow up anything. You can search me on face book with Keisuke Hirai 90 London for sharing more if you would like. If anybody here who managed to take money back from them legally, please let me know your solicitor details. I am willing to use it.

Anyway here is what happened so far related with the bed and side tables I ordered and payment (GBP 1,261) to them

7/4/2020 – My girlfriend found the bed we wanted and on their website it says the delivery time would only be between 2 to 3 weeks. We emailed them and asked them over the phone if the delivery time was correct and if they could deliver to the UK. They confirmed that was correct.

16/7/2020 – We asked if they are still available and delivery can be made within 2 to 3 weeks. Slewo confirmed. We then ordered a bed, two bed side tables and a headboard for a total of £1261.61 (that is to say, they received €1354.18). They let us know that the delivery cost would be £150, which we accept. So we transfer the total amount from my bank account to Slewo’s bank account
On that same day they emailed us to confirm that the expected delivery was between July 27th and August 2nd.
21/7/2020 – After some days without any updates, we sent several emails asking for information. They finally responded saying that the goods we had ordered were not in stock, and therefore they had “ordered the goods from the manufacturer especially for us”. They added that “the manufacturer had not yet sent them an order confirmation with the delivery date, but we would be informed immediately as soon as they had received the information”.

24/7/2020 – They emailed us again the new expected delivery date (August 10th – August 16th) for the bed frame and the bed side tables, but the headboard to be delivered between Sep 21st and 27th. So they hold on everything and would send everything together in Sep once the headboard arrived…
We were not happy with this, as it meant we would receive the order more than 2 months later than what we had agreed on, which is crazy… so we told them we would accept the delay for the headboard, but asked them to send the bed frame and the bed side tables on , at least, and then send the headboard later. They did not respond since then

9/8/2020 – They emailed us if we wanted to “split the order” (as if that was something we would have wanted in the first place), we would need to pay for the shipping costs again.

11/8/2020 – Seeing we weren’t getting what we had paid for, we emailed them that we would not pay for the shipping costs again and wanted to cancel the order and get a refund.

18/8/2020 – After a week of being ignored, we finally managed to talk to someone on the phone and finally told us they would process the refund. But because we were suspicious with them at this point, we also emailed them stating the same: we wanted to cancel the order and get a refund, as we had agreed on the phone.

30/8/2020 – Two weeks later they emailed us that they had decided to split the order and “only” charge us £50 for the second shipment. They asked us if we wanted this to be done and said “please note no cancellation has been made so far”. To this, we replied saying we had no idea what they were talking about, since we said we wanted to cancel the order and get a refund almost 3 weeks before that, so they had decided all of this out of the blue and without our consent.

31/8/2020 – To our surprise, they say “the items have already been sent and no cancellation is possible from a foreign country”. Important: note we did NOT ever receive any information about the order having been shipped. Still, to this day, we have no idea where the goods are. We have no courier name, no tracking number… nothing.

4/9/2020 – We sent another email demanding our rights to be respected, as we had asked for a refund a long time ago, we stated it’s our rights under the European law, since they hadn’t complied with any of our agreements and were not providing the service we paid for, at all. We include a detailed timeline of the events to note how they are disregarding everything. We were completely ignored by Slewo again.

5/9/2020 – We received an email that they didn't acknowledge our previous email and they just said it’s not possible to cancel and refund because the goods are on their way. They of course still do not give us any tracking number. We noticed that demands we made with our legal rights was deleted from the email trail. I think they wanted to hide any inconvenient matters. But its pointless as we keep all correspondence in writing here.

7/9/2020 We called them to get tracking number just in case ( To test them. We still want REFUND though). But she said she cant find it maybe because its now in England (hm?????).

I am pretty tired with trying to contact them now.

Put an ordre in November 2018 and got my items in April 2019, 6 month for delivery!!!???? Even though the website said 1-2 weeks.

Ordre a dining table and coffee table.

First the coffe table
The coffee table where damage under the transport, call to the service center and told them about the damage. They offer a dicount and would transfer the money to my credit card.
Have not yet receive a single cent, that´s three month since, I got that promiss.

Then the dinner table
The legs did not fit the table.
The table was predrilled with holes to the legs, but they didn´t fit the legs, even thoung, you could choose between several legs on the website.
The only thing I got from the company was an instructions to how to drill the holes. Worst of all, the instructions was to the stadard legs, which the holes allready was drilled.
The long wait pleasure, was ruined and I had to buy a new drilling head to drill the holes my self.
