The concept and offers are good but I’ve had consistent issues with the eSims connectivity on both accounts we had , requiring very regular resets and other approximative fixes.

Was a good service but started having issues such as “sim error” messages all the time. Not able to make calls or when calls were made I found hear the other person but they couldn’t hear me.

Love Slice. Been spending on contracts for many years then realise you get the same exact signal strength with Slice, better customer service, and no waiting in queue's. My contract was £55 per month. Slice £10 for exactly the same amount of usage. I advise to change over. Very impressed. Stevie

I recently tried to sign up for a plan ,but I had a message saying that I have too many accounts on my device..I contacted the customer service as suggested and the agent I spoke with was not even bothering to help me ..It seems that the previous owner of my phone already had slice mobile so they won't let me create another account unless I sign in with the account that was originally registered on my phone

My eSim worked fine for a couple of months, and then had no signal for next two. Started with erratic signal which would regularly drop out and could be fixed by reseting the sim, then completely dropped. Support didn’t help. I asked for a refund for the two months that I wasn’t able to use any data… haven’t heard back.

So I had an issue with my service following a 7-day free trial. George picked up the case and after a couple of eSIM re-downloads and fiddling with settings, we managed to get everything sorted. George couldn’t do enough she even refunded my first month’s service without even being prompted which I thought was a really nice touch. Fully recommend Slice.

My signal seems to be poor bit the customer service team have been very helpful trying to solve the problem and very fast reply.
Unfortunately i still have the problem of poor signal even thought the network coverage says excellent in my area.
They have compensated me for my poor signal hopefully it dose improve.

Slice mobile has been debiting my credit card for the last six months after I participated in their 7 day trial.After 2 or 3 days of the trial I stopped using their ESIM as I realised it did not function very well.The trial had explicitly said that there was no auto-renwal.I stupidly trusted them.This is what the website clearly states.I just contacted their customer service and they said two months would be refunded out of the six.I rejected their offer but George from Slice said it was too late- the refund had been done without even asking me! So, the manipulation continues.They take your money under false pretences and then force you into accepting an offer against your will.I will be taking this further.Such companies cannot be allowed to behave so unscrupulously.
Just to update & reply to the response from George below.It clearly states on the Slice website that the company WILL NOT take funds unless auto-renew is enabled.I DID NOT CHOOSE TO AUTO-RENEW ( your ESIM did not have a good signal).DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - they will take YOUR MONEY (against your will) & REFUSE TO REFUND IT- HOW DO YOU SWITCH OFF A SERVICE THAT YOU ARE NOT AWARE OF?????****BEWARE****
