My sincerest apologies once again for having to cancel your order Ahmed. As explained via email, your order was flagged as a high risk of fraud which is why it was cancelled and refunded in full. There were a number of contributing factors including the fake telephone number provided, the incorrect billing address and the various names which did not match. I totally respect that you did not wish to replace your order or provide the correct information, and I can only apologise for any inconvenience this caused.

Faultless service - worth six stars if this were possible!
An excellent range of products competitively priced and very speedy delivery of my order - the handwritten note from Finn and the freebie tucked away in the package were nice touches and show that this is a company that cares. All in all faultless customer service and I will definitely be back when I need to replenish my supplies.
