Avoid this at all costs!

Paid over $200 for a costume piece expecting the quality to be on higher end and I received the price with threads hanging off all over it and one seam on the back where the thread is actually un revealing where the mesh attaches, I reached out to the company and they said it was my job to trim the threads and gas lit me by saying it was not unraveling despite photos provided

Defective and damaged goods with no reply about a replacement

The item I ordered arrived on time, but was torn in two places. I didn't even wear it. I inspected it, then immediately contacted Slickitup when I noticed the damage. Over one week later, and no response in regards to replacing said damaged item. We liked the design, but when you order a product that arrives torn and damaged, and the company won't respond and replace it, well, that's not a good way to retain customers and run a successful business. If you're okay with paying for and receiving damaged items, then order away. I actually value my money enough to not support a bad business like Slickitup. I hate to write these words. It's not an unfair review, but the full truth.

nasty costumer service

nasty costumer service. I texted message the store on instagram asking if I could exchange a jockstrap cause I usually buy medium but this had a different material and should be Larger. The inicial response was friendly and the person said that they could exchange and that I should send a message to an email that was giving to me. This email replied me saying they couldn't exchange cause of NY state law. When I google about it, it was saying that a jackstrap is a type of undergarments and that there is no law against returning undergarments and the answer that was giving to me is: "google harder 😘". It was unfortunely not my first purchase in the store but it will definitely be the last one.

Communication would be key

Had some issues with a product (swim briefs I was apparently not supposed to wear in the swimming pool. Colors were bleeding). Anyway, I’ve been reaching out to the company repeatedly to resolve the issue but never hear back from them. I needed to contact them via social media to get an answer that was (again) blaming me for wearing swim briefs in a swimming pool. I wish that I could say good things and even if they had not replaced the briefs, they never reached out to any requests but the one and I wish to had received some nicer interaction with the company that I paid 140-some bucks for swim briefs that (again) I shall not wear at a pool.
