I needed help with my slides. They came through in a professional way.

We've been using SlideModel for over 5 years. It's a great resource to allow anyone in the organization to level-up their PowerPoint game. We've spared a lot of trivial requests from flooding our designers by allowing subscribers to self-service their decks. The search functionality is great and you can find a lot of standard decks and dashboards to use directly. SlideModel absolutely improved my career by allowing me to get the attention of upper management through the use of polished visuals. Their support is quick and responsive.

I found some very nice Powerpoint diagramming symbols on a few of the sets on SlideModel. The signup was easy and very well explained. They offer nice short-term membership that really worked for me. Would definitely use the site again.

I love working with SlideModel slides and graphics. I can use them with my PowerPoint theme colors - making it look as if all graphics were custom made for me. By using my color theme, and also allowing me to change colors, my presentations always look great.

Last month I did a presentation on using KPI/Metrics to provide visibility and direction to our business. I used SlideModel's animated submarine in two slides, and the lighthouse in another. I'm a big fan of SlideModel and their content allows me to hear "awesome" and "wow" when I submit my slides.

`I needed a specific graphic to best suit a more recent presentation. We were approaching a project from the wrong aspect. We had some later pieces complete, while we were still working on our strategy. In effect, we were putting the cart before the horse. I asked my SlideModel concierge, and he really helped me out. I had been trying to create an infographic for one of our graduate programs for days. Using SlideModel's search feature I previewed hundreds of slides trying to find the right look. The deadline was looming and I was getting desperate. I had been noticing the new Concierge feature for a while now but had never tried it. Figuring I had nothing to lose, I decided to check it out. I explained my situation and then exited the program. After all, it was Saturday; I figured I wouldn't hear anything until Monday at the earliest. You can only imagine my surprise when I heard back with a half-dozen suggestions to consider within a couple of hours! Now, that is real customer service, I thought. But it was what happened next that blew me away! The SlideModel support rep encouraged me to send them the infographic I eventually created (thanks to their help) so that their design team could take a look and perhaps offer me some additional tips. The infographic they returned to me was beyond amazing! Thanks, SlideModel. I'll be singing your praises at every opportunity. Keep up the good work!
