If I could rate 0, I would. DO NOT order from this site. They are scammers! I ordered a stun pen and got an electric arc BBQ lighter. Contacted the seller Alpiythaymega Technology co., ltd and they offered me $2 for a refund. Filed a dispute with PayPal and they offered the refund if I send the package back to China, which would cost more than I paid for the item. The item was shipped from Roseville, CA. Why should I have to pay for shipping when I received the wrong item?
