I placed an order and after a few weeks, received the wrong item. I contacted customer support who was very helpful (at first). They said they could refund or resend the correct item. I chose to have the correct item resent. After a couple weeks, I reached out for an update with no reply. I reached out again after a few days with no reply. I advised I would need to dispute the charge if no reply or resolution and still no reply.

Beware if you want a slidey car make sure you DO NOT buy from this company. 2 top line rc cars for Xmas, sent 2 matchbox cars so contacted them straight away. They apologised and said they would fix have been chasing ever since. Now sitting at nearly 3 months

Absolutely a scam. We ordered 2 drift cars months ago, got sent tracking numbers twice. Both of which go to nowhere. No the page doesn't even exist. Nothing has come in the post. Not even a cheap car...just scammed us out of $100. Thanks for ripping off a family you dirt bags. We got these for a the kids for Christmas, thinking we would have plenty of time for them to arrive. After months of waiting we checked the tracking again and all the info is now completely gone. The link go to nothing. So disappointing. The site looked so legit. They even have fake ads on Instagram, snap chat etc.

Placed an order for 2x drift cars with 2x extra body kits on 27th October.
Received the 2x extra body kits on 8th November, although their tracking system was showing me to have received the 2x drift cars! I contacted their customer support to query the mixup of delivery details on their tracking system.

Received a response from a John S from their customer support apologising for the mixup on their system and confirming what I received and advised they will personally check what has happened to the rest of my order and will get back to me asap!

No response received and after various follow-up chase up emails. Finally received a response advising I had received the 2x drift cars on the 21st November and if I hadn’t I needed to contact my local courier to find out where my delivery was! Which I never received nor did I have details of a local courier!

Response sent back to their customer support advising delivery was never received and not knowing who the local courier was; also provided a breakdown of events requesting for someone to actually look into my missing order and not provide a stock standard response!

No response received after sending 2 chase up emails! Also noticed their tracking system was no longer available as their website was no longer active and looked as if they have changed names!

Finally had enough! Contacted my bank this morning to dispute the charges and received a full refund this evening!

I would strongly recommend everyone else affected to do the same!

Just took our money

First off I was absolutely scammed. I did NOT receive a slider car. What I received was a .25 cent plastic “car”. As a solo dad of 3 boys every dollar matters so I always research anything I buy. However I assumed a major social media site like Snapchat would vet the sellers that advertise with them. This was a major Christmas gift for my youngest son. Sometimes it’s more than just the money.

I am absolutely cheesed off with this company. They advertised what appeared to be a premium product for £29, but what I received was a cheap, low-quality item that looks like it came straight from AliExpress or a similar site. It looks nothing like the product shown in their adverts.

The whole thing feels like a bait-and-switch scam. The advertisements looked so polished and legit that I didn’t think to research further, but clearly, I should have. Lesson learned.

So ordered two for $93 a pair on 08 November. They finally arrived on the 28 November, and literally a hunk of plastic card you would get out of a lucky packet. Value must be no more than $2 and this is an absolute scam. Researching internet it’s clear these guys have screwed 1000 of people!

Scam! they sent me 0,1$ worth cars, while I ordered RC cars for over 80$.

Please take this site offline.

It's a scam site! Original is slideboys.com (without the "-" symbol). This RC car costs 125$+. i too fell for it, and didn't get anything. Do NOT shop there.

False advertising, do not order!!! Paid £30 for an RC drift car to receive a 99p die cast non-RC car. Avoid the scam!

Scam, i ordered 4 cars never recieved anything and no help no matter what i did
Deleted site after like 2 weeks then they start up a site with the same name arter a year to scam more people
