This genuinely can’t even be called a company. It’s a complete scam with people behind it who are clearly very clever with AI and ChatGbt, upon receiving a product which is nothing like what you ordered and contacting customer service you’ll receive more emails of nonsense claiming it’s possible to receive an additional product and/or a refund regardless of what you say you will hear nothing more from this point as they’ve already gotten your money. If you can claim a refund from your bank.

Bought something before Xmas, received 2 crappy knock off Matchbox cars.
Received some generic clearly Chatgpt written responses.

They have multiple URLs at various times.
Would give negative stars if I could.

If I could rate this a zero I would. I ordered these for my kids big Christmas gift in November. Well it is January 13 and still not here. I have emailed them 4 times and they say they won't refund me.

I ordered this product for my son in November. I received the wrong order a few weeks later. I contacted customer support and they were helpful AT FIRST. I sent pics of what I recieved. They asked if i would like a refund or the correct order. I advised if i could get the correct order by Christmas I wanted a replacement. They said no problem and would get back with me. I haven't heard from them since. I reached out 3 times before Christmas and twice after. I still have not received a reply or a refund. I am forced now to dispute the charge with my bank

At first, I ordered the car for Christmas only after I checked the reviews. I was genuinely scared because their rating was 1.3, and all of the messages said it was a scam. ALTHO 1-2 months after I actually received the car, it was in good shape, worked really well, and was fun to play with. I don't know, maybe I got lucky and if anyone got scammed I'm sorry for you.

Totally scammed by these I spent £47.50 for 2drift cars and received 2 push cars costing no more than £1 I have emailed them several times but received nothing so please avoid this company or loose your money.

Havent received the item yet and its now 2 weeks in. I'll add thet I paid for express shipping so thats obvously a scam. Reading the other reviews on here it seems as this whole site is a scam.

This entire company is a scam. The RC product does not exist. I was sent 2x very cheap pull back cars of extremely poor quality.

Initial customer service offered a replacement or refund, I chose refund which never materialised despite me chasing it up.

Further contact to customer services told me the initial site was a scam.

I believe it’s the same people scamming people through instagram pop ups etc.

Wish I had read this review before purchasing a RC drift car! Please don’t waste your time or money like I have.

Purchase a remote control car but got a 50p plastic car sent to me.
Stole my money.
Keep saying I will get a refund but nothings been paid.
Avoid at all costs. SCAM company.

Got sent the wrong car just a cheap model... They asked If I wanted the car still with an extra one I said yes I waited nothing happened and when I asked for a refund the messages gradually fizzled out.

Terrible experience!
Waited about 3 weeks and instead of received adrift rc car I had received an extremely poor quality pull back go-kart!
They offered a refund or a new car sent out and additional car but still received nothing!
After a while emails stopped being responded to...please do not waste your time and moneu!!!

I regret I have not checked it here before. As the other customers, I've been tricked to get a plastic cheap cars instead of my order, and did not get a refund.

Absolutely a scam. Paid for a RC car, then was delivered a wind up plastic piece of tat that probably cost about 50p to make in China.

Emailed and they actually responded pretty quickly to let me know I was accidentally sent the wrong item and they would correct and send me the right one. Since then I've heard nothing after multiple follow up email, asked for a refund but no response.

Definitely a scam, don't even go on the website let alone think about ordering anything from them.

Coming from china, says it takes over 25 days! can’t even find my shipment anymore. Pretty sure this is a scam!

they are complete scam and act like they have amazing customer service but they are con artists

They advertise rc drift cars, they ship out cheap chinese trash, it is 100% a scam.

Legit scam company. If you purchased ring your bank and try get a charge back done. Also report their pages on Facebook as scammers.
