I would definetely spend even more on their website if delivery charges for frozen products was not expensive.
You should also do a reward program for loyal customers/ discount codes occasionally for their loyalty. Have not seen any of these in past 6 months. Other than that I am a happy customer and will continue to shop on your website. 😊 Thank you Slim and Smart 😊

The frozen products need special multi-layer packaging with insulated box and special cooler block that is suitable for food products. Also, frozen products require special handling so every customer can get them within 24 hours. We calculate shipping costs accordingly.
