I purchased your recipe book for phase 2, fortunately I was able get a discount code, which made it $29. I was very disappointed to receive this tiny book with very few recipes in it. Given the cost I expected a book worth $30. If I’d purchased it at the regular price I’d be returning it for a refund.

I love this program! I have just finished a 50 day round (had to cut my 60 day program short) and I lost 16.4kg. I am very happy with the results. I feel like the weight loss was a bonus to all the other results that I noticed.

- My mind is so much clearer,
- I have more energy,
- I find it easier to focus,
- My skin is clearer, and
- I am so much happier.

I used the drops rather than the patches. Although the patches feel more convenient I found that the process of taking the drops before the meal kept me more accountable and mindful with the food.

As long as you follow the program, as documented in the booklet, you can’t help but lose the weight and get all the other amazing results.

Initially I felt a little limited with the food but I became quite creative and found a few meals that I love and will continue eating outside of the program.

I am looking forward to another round soon, as I have more weight I want to let go of and this is the only program that I have had such success with, and I’ve tried a lot!

I am on day 6 days now so this will be my initial review.
On Day 1, one of the patches already came off. I had to stick it back on with a band aid. On day 5, it came off completely and I lost the patch. The second patch has stayed on very well although the area is starting to get itchy after day 5. For the price I paid, it would've been better if the patches actually stayed on or we were provided with something to cover the patch instead of having to spend more money to do something it's designed to do...But if I actually lose weight with this, then great I will bump the review to a higher rating.

SBN is an amazing program! I’m on the first day of maintenance at the moment (26 day detox) and I’m down 7kg so far. I’m using the goddess patches, teatox and Formula Z as well and have found them all to be helpful. Like any food based program, a lot of planning is essential, but once you get your head around it, it’s pretty easy to follow… definitely recommend. The support network is also wonderful and the SBN community is a fantastic source of inspo and encouragement!

I would have given you 5 stars if you had given a more detailed description of what the recipe book contained.

I have found the first week comfortable and had only one day that was a challenge. I was able to manage it.

Waste of money. I lost no weight. The patches made my skin irritated. Just another weight loss gimmick unfortunately. I followed food guide but still got no weight loss.

Just over 40 and I was looking for something different to really kick start my body for a change. I havenloved SBN and the goods are soo yummy and tasty. I lost just over 5kgs but most lost 30cms overall. My husband even sees a massive difference in me.
This is a lifestyle change so you still have to want this in order for it too work.

This is my third Detox with slim by nature. It definitely works if you commit and follow the guidelines. First time I lost 9 kg but never completed the maintenance stage properly which was my downfall.
I find the patches much easier as you don't have to plan the timing of when you are going to eat. Trying out detox on the go this time.

I have just completed the 43day detox patch program and currently in the maintenance phase and overall I have lost 9kgs!! I was aiming for 7-8kg loss so this is a pretty amazing result (especially since I had lost 4kgs before starting this program so wasn't expecting a big loss)! There was enough guidance in the booklet I received plus the Facebook group has so much more info & support from other amazing ladies! Learnt so much through this program - I defintielty feel healthier, I barely have any cravings and I am sleeping really well with Formula Z! Overall an amazing program and I can't wait to do my round 2 after the mandatory break! Tips for newbies - do yourself a favour and give this program a go, plan your meals, do your shopping ahead of time and reap the rewards! Join the FB group to see how well other ladies are doing!
