I Got a server in germany (minecraft) with 2gb, it seemed fine at first, but as soon as 2 or more people logged on the server went nuts, with constant crashing and lag. 3 People and it's lagging like crazy. I Absolutely do not recommend spending money on this, you're better on just getting free hosting since it wont lag like this. Honestly it seemed like there was tornado's inside of the server room because of the constant repairs and maintenance. I Understand that i only had 2gb but come on, can 2gb not run 3 people? The only good thing about slime hosting is their support team, they are pretty helpful but of course the support team is also trying to milk as much money out of you as humanly possible

I am sorry that you have had a poor experience. It depends on your server's version, however for a 1.17+ server, no, 2GB is not enough for 3 people. If you had reached out to us, we would've been able to try to rectify the issue, however it doesn't seem you've done so.
The recent outages have been due to our upstream provider. Since then, we've migrated servers away from that provider, in order to create a better experience for our clients. We do apologize for this inconvenience, and would've happily issued you account credit as per our SLA upon request.
I've requested additional information from you so we can look into the issues you had on the server, however, please keep in mind what I said before about 2GB.
Furthermore, our support team does not "milk" anyone out of money. At SlimeHosting, you pay for what you need, nothing extra, so if this happened, you were likely informed by us that you cannot only use 2GB for modern Minecraft versions, and were asked to upgrade. That is how we're able to keep our pricing low.
As demonstrated by the rest of our great reviews, as long as you buy a server with appropriate specs for what you're trying to do, you will have a pleasant experience at SlimeHosting.
Perks
I think my favorite part about hosting with SlimeHosting is not their reliable servers, with budget options and amazing hardware, or their 24/7 support, and their staff always working hard to keep us online. I think my favorite part would be the stability of the game servers. It never went down, never had any issues, anything. It was a very reliable experience working with SlimeHosting, and I recommend it to anyone else in the future.

I’m so glad that I found this company…
I’m so glad that I found this company last month. They are a lot different than the big hosts and really care about what they’re doing and I mean it for real. They really do.
PS Darius was really helpful getting my server up and running. He could’ve oversold me for 4GB but helped me with 3GB instead. They really don’t care about the money! Thank you Darius!

Perfect servers
Server was perfect for a modded minecraft server for me and my friends. Easy to setup and cheaper than other hosting services. Support also answers questions fast and the reps are knowledgeable about server hosting.

These servers are great
These servers are crazy, in game I threw all hell at it, I'm talkin thousands of TNT, dozens of tornadoes, meteors, earthquakes, explosives, not even to speak of the fact that I loaded lots of plugins and stuff and it STILL kept up, its a 24 hour server and I'm honestly surprised its still going after what I did to it 💀
