Have been using almost 2 months , have noticed absolutely nothing the whole time taking much less weight loss and I do not eat gluten or flour ever! Wrote for the promised 60 day return and supposedly I received a reduced price buying the 3 month supply therefore non refundable… absolute BS and then told they couldn’t possible provide a quality project if they were to refund everyone !!! Ridiculous and so much for the obviously fake reviews on their website!

Paid $294 for product. Ineffective. Requested RMA. Mailed pkg back, to address given in Lakeland FLA. Tracking confirmed receipt of return on 6/3/25.
Called cust serv,phone. Told they dont carry Slimjaro Emailed them twice, both mail returned to me, undeliverable, no recipient found. HELP!

IT'S A SCAM!
They tell you that there is a money back guarantee if for any reason you want to return the product. Ha - just try! I scoured their website for return info. It was not helpful. I called the ph. numbers shown. No response. I emailed the various addresses shown. They were returned as undeliverable.
If they lied about this, it is highly doubtful that the product works as described. Save yourself the trouble.

I’ve been fooled as well hve put on (1 an 1/2stone) due to taking cancer tablets was eager to shift this after sitting through a blinking long long long video which you can’t fast forward I purchased 3bottles £137 been taking for one tablet per day for a month NOT LOST ANY WEIGHT AT ALL.🙄🙄🤬🤬
Can’t find proper refund address and phone number just rings. TOTAL SCAM SCAM SCAM Just shows how desperately we want to lose weight and they prey on that. I’m gutted and disappointed in myself for falling for it but they was so convincing 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I was away when I returned home a package was at my door. I was puzzled to see the contents, It was the sort of thing I would never send for. I have seen the add but would not consider spending money on such an item. I have weight problems they are due to edema, I am on medication to take the pressure off my heart , (I have heart failure) it distends the blood vessels and relieves the pain I feel. I look for foods that support the heart and avoid those that are detrimental to the heart. I also look to herbal approaches to my drinks rather than coffee, caffeine drinks. I am 83yrs old and only consider health issues not those of fashion.

When I researched these companies for Slimjaro there is no reference about Slimjaro. In fact there is no mention of Slimjaro at all.

In addition, Slimjaro use Arnica in their pills and it is POISONOUS. Here is some information from WebMd: “ Taking Arnica in amounts more than what is found in food is likely unsafe. In fact, arnica is considered poisonous. When taken by mouth it can cause vomiting, heart damage, organ failure, increased bleeding, coma, and death. When applied to the skin: Arnica is possibly safe when applied to unbroken skin, short-term”
In addition, according to Healthline: “You should also know that consuming Epsom salt may produce unpleasant side effects, such as bloating and liquid stool. It should only be used occasionally as a laxative, not for long-term relief.”

In addition, their phone numbers don’t work. They do not respond to cancellation of order request. They say you can’t refund even though they give a 60 day guarantee to refund. I refused my delivery and received email to pick it up or it will be returned or lost in the mail. I’m waiting to see what happens when they say it is lost in the mail.

The whole thing is a scam.

I got slim jaro and when I have got them they're not the fat burning ones there are supplement and they're no good for me so I have wasted all that money and I don't know how to return them

Like others, I requested a cancellation of order within an hour via email. Notified my credit card company of same. Tried calling - One number was eternally busy (not working); other number answered and said they were not support for this company (!), so both customer support numbers are bogus. I followed up w several emails over next few days. FIVE days later I receive an email from "Emily" essentially saying "Oopsie!! already sent product so cannot cancel". I will return product IF I EVER RECEIVE. Will see if their physical address is bogus as well.

In the promotional film it talks about Himalayan salt and 3 other ingredients that are processed in the product. If you read the info what in Slimjaro which products are in it, none of what is said in the promotional film. In other words another money hungry company that sells a product with lies.

Well this is my second tablet and my doctor said take it for one month and see how I go on it

First of all, I was supposed to get 60 pills and only got 30. I tried to contact them, but it's impossible, Their email isn't active, one phone number is another company and the other phone number is always busy.

I ordered and tried to cancel wihin and hour. No response. Website does not exist. Support emails are undeliverable. Support phone number is busy. No way to get confirmation of my order being cancelled.

After receiving the product I tried to return it because I was not able to use it and I was refused the opportunity because they say the add on Facebook was for the product at a discount and they do not give a refund for product purchased with a discount. Be warned they do not allow you to return even though you have not opened mailing envelope. I think this is a misleading advertisement. I tried to cancel on the same day as ordered and they wrote me the next evening to say it was shipped

Scam not lost 1/2 pound after the first bottle all I've lost is my money I spent on this rubbish

TOTAL SCAM. No refund even though I cancelled my order before they had time to process it. My doctor warned me against this product. Shameful company.

Slim Jaro claim to have at least 16,000 reviews on a face book ad, trying to convince you to buy these pink salt based tablets for in excess of $50 a pot! Well I can’t seek a single review so………….?!
