Do not buy from this company they're scammers! They take your money and don't reply to you. New customers be aware I had to claim 10% discount via PayPal because the seller did not deduct from my payment. Then because they did not send me the trainers I tried to raise another dispute with PayPal but was told I could only raise one dispute per seller so had to raise a charge back through my bank. Currently waiting on my bank to claim back the money. The seller does not reply to your emails and the company Web link on their page doesn't exist! Strongly recommend everyone avoid this company! You can see the bad reviews on their TikTok page aswell. AVOID!
Ordered Slippers on January 28th and despite emails with no response slippers not arrived. Just went on website and now on 28th Feb says slippers delivered but i have nothing. Avoid so as not to be let down
Received my slipiz after 1 week, my son really love it
Avoid! This is a scam.
I ordered some slippers on 13th December. They were intended as a Christmas gift. On the website it stated that they were guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. By 20th December when they still hadn't arrived, I contacted customer services and was told they would arrive "between 24th-29th December" i.e. too late for Christmas, and therefore no good to me.
When I asked where the slippers were, I was told they were still in their logistics centre (i.e. hadn't actually even been dispatched at that point). On that basis, after asking several times for my order to be cancelled and a refund issued, I was told that one had been processed for me.
Despite what I had been told, on 29th December the slippers arrived. They were stuffed in a black bin liner, no tags. They were unbelievably poor quality - the sort of thing you might pick up for 50p at a car boot sale - and they don't even match, one is white and one is off-white/cream. There is no way I could have gifted these to anyone.
It is now 7th January. All messages to this company, via email or their chat function on the website, go unanswered. Needless to say I have received no refund.
Please spare yourselves the hassle, and spend your money elsewhere.
