Thank you for the samples, been busy decorating so haven't had time to decide which one for the project but will be in touch once decided on style, product looks good.

The samples we ordered really helped us make our mind up for future plans we have.Great to have free samples in this day and age which was most appreciated.

Service and delivery was good unfortunately the slips were a little to thick for what I was wanting, but still a great product

Absolutely brilliant service. When delivery arrived 4 were broken, no quibble replacements were offered, managed the job without needing them. Quality is excellent. Great to offer the sample board. I chose your company because of that, others are charging for it. Got a pic if I know where to put it!

Excelent service from the time i placed the order to the time it arived.

The products are fantastic....but the understanding and attitude of the customer service staff who replied with a standard company policy letter after I had explained in detail the challenges I was faced with coupled with x2 £50 delivery charges for single bags of 'cement' was not brilliant and showed a lack of understanding and compassion.

The slips that arrived were a different colour to the sample board that was sent previously
Also many slips in the container were broken
The job had to be finished immediately otherwise the slips would have been returned

If you want brick slips that don't look anything like the samples then go here! Stupid polystyrene boxes to transport the brick slips in, must of had about 90 brick slips cracked or smashed overall. Customer service dont care and not helpful at all. Don't buy from here!

Great product ,didn't get the promised callback about a technical question ,but otherwise all good

Order arrived without the mortar as ordered. We didn’t discover this until the day of installation which was two weeks after delivery. We asked for a refund for the mortar as we needed to get it elsewhere. We were told that you couldn’t refund because of the delay in informing you of the shortage . You except that the delivery was incomplete but could not agree to a refund so we now have mortar we do not need. Typical online practice, get payment up front and then offer poor service.

Andy and the team provided great service from start to finish. He was honest with his appraisal of what the job required and communication around the job was excellent. The finished work delivers as expected, will reach out to Andy if we have any future needs!

We are really thrilled with the addition of brick slips to our kitchen. We found perfect match to existing exposed brick in our victoriana house. The service was very good and the ability to get free samples a huge advantage.

Finding the right colour, texture and quality slips to cover my wall was proving to be very difficult until Slipsfromstock helped me. By sending me a board of excellent quality slips arranged like brickwork, of one design (the size of a large carrier bag), absolutely free, I am now able to get a much better prospective of how my wall will look when I use them. I received my slips within a few days of ordering, which was great service, so I can now plan my kitchen/diner design without any concerns of colour, texture and quality. Thank you.

Whilst the bricks were fantastic quality, the packaging for the adhesive and pointing mortar was very poor, not appropriately labeled and the mortar instructions advised the product was an adhesive and did not have the colour labels on the packaging. The adhesive was labeled with a colour so we assumed the product was for pointing. Labels were also grossly inaccurate as to size of area product would cover. I relied on this information when buying the products.

Getting back in touch with slips from stock was difficult, postage was very expensive for single item purchases and very unprofessional customer service when my husband tried to collect items from their warehouse. It really detracted from our experience and will most likely not use this product again for other areas we had planned to brick.

We asked for some samples to be sent and were extremely pleased with the samples and the speed in which they were sent.
